This yard has always been a special place for our family. Our dog loved racing through the grass here, full of energy and joy. After saying goodbye, my wife and I wanted to open the space to other dogs so they could enjoy it just as much as he did. Our large, fully fenced yard offers plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore safely. The 7-foot wooden fence keeps everything secure, perfect for off-leash play or reactive pups who need a little extra space. The yard features lush grass with mulch beds beneath mature trees, giving your dog both open sunshine and cool shade to enjoy. There’s a seating area with table and chairs, balls for playtime, and access to a hose and electrical outlet for your convenience. Off-street parking makes arrival easy and stress-free. Set in a quiet suburban neighborhood, just a short drive from Alexandria, Arlington and Washington DC. This is a peaceful spot to unwind, train, be off-leash and let your dog be a dog. We hope your pup feels right at home here. In the fall the yard gets covered in leaves. I do my best to keep them tidy, but they seem to have their own plans. Our dog used to love racing through the piles, and most pups enjoy the extra smells and crunch — hopefully yours does too.

As a bonus, guests are welcome to browse the Free Blockbuster Box mounted on the fence in the front of the house on the left side. Feel free to take home a movie (yes, actual DVDs and Blu-rays! Gate entrance to the backyard is to the left of the driveway- Bring your pup to enjoy our peaceful, private yard - perfect for sniffing, zoomies, or just lounging in the sun! Spacious 1/4 acre partially enclosed with privacy fencing, chain link, and wood. Height is approximately 4’ which contains most pups though the most agile may scale it at the lowest points; however, there are no gaps! Pictures and additional amenities soon to come!

Willow Tree Yard

New Spot Sale!! $3 per hour for the first 10 people who make their first reservation. After that, the price will increase over time to $4 and then $5. Let your dog run free in our backyard that has a wooden privacy fence. They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. Free street parking in our cul-de-sac. Use of lower decks (with 3 lawn chairs) is included in base price. Use of upper deck (with 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table that has 4 chairs) is available for an extra fee ($2). Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). Note: As of November 14, our outdoor water faucets have been winterized to prevent frozen pipes. So, one free small bottle of water will be provided per reservation. If you think you will need more than that, please bring water with you (or request a bottle of water as an extra/add-on). We will turn the faucets back on in the Spring.
