Enjoy our fully-fenced 12,000 sq foot PRIVATE yard and agility course! The entire yard is fenced by a 6 foot chain link fence which makes it incredibly secure. This is an ideal relaxation, play or training spot for fearful or reactive dogs. Our agility equipment ranges from “easy” to “advanced” levels of difficulty making it perfect for all ages and sizes. The short grass and pesticide/fertilizer free environment gives you peace of mind while your dog sniffs, plays, or trains.

Overall, it is fairly flat and dogs love to 𝙧𝙪𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 not to mention all the great sniffing potential. There are open areas for dogs to stretch their legs and chase each other and flowers, shade and seating for their human companion(s). There is a 𝙢𝙖𝙣-𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 (more detail below) in the back that depending on rainfall, may be running full or just at a trickle. It is ideal for your pup to explore and cool off in. The yard offers plenty of great 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙩 opportunities to take tons of pictures throughout the various seasons. 🦋 The yard is a 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙃𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩®, we are trying to help nature where and when we can. The flower beds have been designed for local critters - birds, turtles, pollinators, etc so absolutely no killing of any bees, butterflies, spiders, turtles, snakes, birds or other wildlife you may find. It also means you will likely encounter gnats, mosquitos and possibly ticks - all great bird food but not so nice for us humans and our pups. So please be sure your pup is current on their preventatives. We do provide bug spray for you to use - just be sure to use in the lawn and not near any of the flower beds. In the summer months grass may get a little taller to help out the fireflies. If you can, take a cool pic to share - we'd love to see it. 💉𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦: To help ensure a safe environment for visiting pups and our own, guests will need to provide current 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 for rabies and DHPP (distemper, parvo, etc) for EACH dog visiting. Each dog visiting must have received their full round of puppy vaccines AND must be at least 5 months old. If you have questions, feel free to reach out. Once on file, you are good to go until their renewal date. If the vaccination info is not received 1 hour prior to your start time, your reservation will be cancelled. If you have questions, feel free to reach out. 📆𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 & 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 - During the summer months we typically setup for 1 hour appointments. If you are interested in an appointment longer than 1 hour, please reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate. 💧 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠 - This is a man-made stream that typically runs in the warmer months and is initially filled with either city water or rainfall. That said, Mother Nature adds to it, so we do recommend your pup have his/her 𝙇𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙤 vaccine. The stream is usually shutdown or just a trickle in the winter months with some water remaining at the end to help support the frogs overwinter. Please do not allow digging or rough play in the stream - we want to keep it in good shape for all our guests to enjoy and avoid costly repairs. If it is important to your visit that the stream is running and at what level (full/trickle) please reach out to the Host to check its status. 🐕 𝗗𝗢𝗚 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧 - Our site is set for a 5 dog limit. If you would like to bring additional dogs, please send a message. The request will be considered on a case by case basis. If you want a key date/time, I recommend securing it with a reservation for one dog and then updating the reservation once we have talked. 🐶 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢𝗚𝗦 - There are some spots at the bottom of the fence a small dog (cat size) might be able to get under - they are meant for our cats and other wildlife. If you are bringing a small dog, let me know and we can block the openings ahead of time. 🚗 𝗩𝗘𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧- 𝑴𝒂𝒙𝒊𝒎𝒖𝒎 𝒐𝒇 2 vehicles per reservation. If a 3rd vehicle will be brought, please select and add "Extra F - Extra Vehicle" to your reservation and send us a note so we can make sure there is sufficient space. 👶 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗡 - Children under 18 are to be supervised at all times. The Hive Private Dog Park In Manassas

Welcome to the Hive's Sniffspot! We have just about a half acre of completely fenced in yard for you and your pups to enjoy with grass, trees, lots of great sniffs, toys, and room to run! You and your pupper can play fetch, frisbee, and tug. You can tease your pupper with our flirt pole or maybe you want to just relax on our covered porch, rocking the time away while your BFF explores the yard! We have squirrels to chase, fresh water to drink, a hose to spray your pup down with, a sprinkler and/or pupper pool to frolic in on those hot summer days, and a towel to dry them off with! We even have a huge sandbox for sanctioned digging! The queen of our hive is our 2 year old pibble mix, Sophie, who (on request) can be invited to come out and play with your pupper -- after a proper introduction, of course! Our Sophie loves her yard, and we are so excited to be able to share it with you and your pup! If we are home and you'd like a pitcher of filtered ice water and glasses, just message us and we will be happy to have it waiting for you! We want to make sure that you and your pups feel comfortable and at home!

This yard has always been a special place for our family. Our dog loved racing through the grass here, full of energy and joy. After saying goodbye, my wife and I wanted to open the space to other dogs so they could enjoy it just as much as he did. Our large, fully fenced yard offers plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore safely. The 7-foot wooden fence keeps everything secure, perfect for off-leash play or reactive pups who need a little extra space. The yard features lush grass with mulch beds beneath mature trees, giving your dog both open sunshine and cool shade to enjoy. There’s a seating area with table and chairs, balls for playtime, and access to a hose and electrical outlet for your convenience. Off-street parking makes arrival easy and stress-free. Set in a quiet suburban neighborhood, just a short drive from Alexandria, Arlington and Washington DC. This is a peaceful spot to unwind, train, be off-leash and let your dog be a dog. We hope your pup feels right at home here. In the fall the yard gets covered in leaves. I do my best to keep them tidy, but they seem to have their own plans. Our dog used to love racing through the piles, and most pups enjoy the extra smells and crunch — hopefully yours does too.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood in Alexandria, this 0.3-acre backyard is a perfect private retreat for dogs who need a break from crowded public parks. The yard is fully fenced at approximately 3¾ to 4 feet high, designed to be a secure "sniffing oasis" where your pup can enjoy off-leash freedom! Key Features & Amenities Doggy Play Zone: A large yard perfect for sniffing and playing! Relaxation for Humans: Guests can take advantage of the fire pit, tables, and garden chairs. The host often places seating throughout the yard so you can comfortably supervise your pup from a distance. Hydration: An outdoor water faucet and fresh bowls are provided to keep your dog hydrated during their zoomies. Safe & Private: To ensure a stress-free experience, there is a 30-minute buffer between bookings, meaning you’ll never have to worry about running into other dogs or people during your session. Getting There & Access Entrance: Enter through the gate to the left of the driveway. Parking: Free street parking is available; you may also use the driveway if it is unoccupied at the time of your visit. Important Rules to Note Leash Policy: Dogs must remain leashed while entering and exiting the spot for the safety of the neighborhood. Cleanliness: Owners are asked to pick up after their dogs and leave the yard as they found it. Environment: This is a no-smoking and no-alcohol zone.

6' high Privacy fenced-in back yard with luscious grass and plenty of trees to mark. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Relatively flat ground and evergreen trees lining the fence for complete privacy. We have recently upgraded to a bigger patio with many seating areas for the pet owners as well.

The yard is full of sticks and fun smells and offers plenty of sun and relaxation for you. Take a load off in our hammock, lounge in an Adirondack, and give your pup a treat from our Sniffspot goody box! Fresh water and water bowl are always available and there's a small trash can available for your disposal needs. -- 4/6/26 -- I just added a pet portrait (with just your dog or you with your dog) option to our extras! Large 1/3 acre backyard in Oakton, VA for your furry loved ones to play and lounge. Our home is fully fenced and with private gate. Chairs/Swing under a shaded deck and toys, water access, for your pets! Guest Notes: Parking: Please park in the gravel pad in the front of the house - max 2 cars per visit (additional cars will be Extra) *****DO NOT PARK IN OUR NEIGHBOR'S YARD****** Sniffspot area: Area is designated to the backyard - please refrain your dogs from playing/relieving themselves in the front yard. Dog Essentials: Waste bags, trash cans, scoopers, water, toys are free to use and clearly marked. Please do not use trashcans in the driveway. Human Essentials: Feel free to use supplies (i.e. bug spray, sanitizers, towels, etc.), fan, chairs, swings, umbrellas - but put everything back in the same spot. Sniffspot Etiquette: Keep dogs leashed upon entering and leaving. Please pick up all trash and waste. No tobacco or vape products during your visit. A beautiful, grassy, clean, safe and fenced-in yard just minutes from Old Town, Del Ray, Potomac Yards and Crystal City! This spot is perfect for 1, 2 or 6 puppies or small dogs! Plenty of parking, shade and seating for humans. Unfortunately there are no lights after dark, so plan accordingly! $5 per dog for 30 minutes; $8 per dog for 60 minutes.
