Relax and Play in Springfield, VA

This yard has always been a special place for our family. Our dog loved racing through the grass here, full of energy and joy. After saying goodbye, my wife and I wanted to open the space to other dogs so they could enjoy it just as much as he did. Our large, fully fenced yard offers plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore safely. The 7-foot wooden fence keeps everything secure, perfect for off-leash play or reactive pups who need a little extra space. The yard features lush grass with mulch beds beneath mature trees, giving your dog both open sunshine and cool shade to enjoy. There’s a seating area with table and chairs, balls for playtime, and access to a hose and electrical outlet for your convenience. Off-street parking makes arrival easy and stress-free. Set in a quiet suburban neighborhood, just a short drive from Alexandria, Arlington and Washington DC. This is a peaceful spot to unwind, train, be off-leash and let your dog be a dog. We hope your pup feels right at home here. In the fall the yard gets covered in leaves. I do my best to keep them tidy, but they seem to have their own plans. Our dog used to love racing through the piles, and most pups enjoy the extra smells and crunch — hopefully yours does too.

Willow Tree Yard

New Spot Sale!! $3 per hour for the first 10 people who make their first reservation. After that, the price will increase over time to $4 and then $5. Let your dog run free in our backyard that has a wooden privacy fence. They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. Free street parking in our cul-de-sac. Use of lower decks (with 3 lawn chairs) is included in base price. Use of upper deck (with 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table that has 4 chairs) is available for an extra fee ($2). Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). Note: As of November 14, our outdoor water faucets have been winterized to prevent frozen pipes. So, one free small bottle of water will be provided per reservation. If you think you will need more than that, please bring water with you (or request a bottle of water as an extra/add-on). We will turn the faucets back on in the Spring.

Dogs of Dunsmore - Kingstowne

Gate entrance to the backyard is to the left of the driveway- Bring your pup to enjoy our peaceful, private yard - perfect for sniffing, zoomies, or just lounging in the sun! Spacious 1/4 acre partially enclosed with privacy fencing, chain link, and wood. Height is approximately 4’ which contains most pups though the most agile may scale it at the lowest points; however, there are no gaps! Pictures and additional amenities soon to come!

But also there is free street parking. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS. A beautiful, grassy, clean, safe and fenced-in yard just minutes from Old Town, Del Ray, Potomac Yards and Crystal City! This spot is perfect for 1, 2 or 6 puppies or small dogs! Plenty of parking, shade and seating for humans. We have toys, poop bags and fresh water for your pup! $5 per dog for 30 minutes; $8 per dog for 60 minutes. Limit 6 SMALL dogs or puppies please.

Large Fenced Yard Near Seven Corners

A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished.
