All earnings will be donated to a couple of smaller rescue groups, including Pets With Disabilities (MD), Lizzie's Lodge Rescue (MD) and Arcadia Animal Rescue (SC). We have a very private fenced in yard, we would like to offer up to any other pups who might enjoy some freedom! Lots of availability for weekdays too. We have a natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 6ft wooden fence all the way around the property, and a side entry gate. The ground cover is the soft playground wood chips, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies! Endless amounts of smells and sniffing opportunities from all the local wildlife that frequent our yard. Good space for long runs, frisbee, tennis ball, soccer ball action for the energetic pups, and plenty of space for meandering, or just lounging around in the sun spots for the more mature pups. The yard has sunny areas and plenty of natural shade from the trees. You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs and lawn chair seating, poop bags, extra dog water bowls, outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills, or hose play and elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink. The public park next to us has several wooded trails, so if your pup has any energy left, it is a nice park to walk. Quiet spread out and very dog friendly neighborhood. Easy parking on the street outside the house, side entry gate but please make sure you click the gate shut when you leave though!

6' high Privacy fenced-in back yard with luscious grass and plenty of trees to mark. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Relatively flat ground and evergreen trees lining the fence for complete privacy. We have recently upgraded to a bigger patio with many seating areas for the pet owners as well.

A beautiful, grassy, clean, safe and fenced-in yard just minutes from Old Town, Del Ray, Potomac Yards and Crystal City! This spot is perfect for 1, 2 or 6 puppies or small dogs! Plenty of parking, shade and seating for humans. We have toys, poop bags and fresh water for your pup! $5 per dog for 30 minutes; $8 per dog for 60 minutes. Limit 6 SMALL dogs or puppies please.

Hose water is filtered by a whole house culligan filtration system. -Lawn is chemical and pesticide free! I have 3 large dogs that take wear an tear on a yard to a whole new meaning! So please don’t fret if your dog digs a hole or tears up some grass! Enjoy the time with your dog, take pictures, make memories! Shed corner is under restoration, fenced off. Park in cul-de-sac or along the pipe-stem drive and enter through left side gate. Please note that the property does have cameras which are strictly used for security purposes.

Lighted (2 motion lights and one porch light) and fully fenced backyard with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Beautiful Oak trees for plenty of shade for both the dogs and humans. Chairs and hammock available for the humans. Beautiful Yard!!! PLEASE NOTE: If you or your dog behaves aggressively towards passersby, our neighbors or their dogs, or us (there are occasions when we are coming or going as guests are coming or leaving, while we try to avoid this, it is it not always avoidable), we will not be able to permit your pet to return to our doggy yard.

****Update as of June 1st, the yard has just gotten a full mowing, trim, and raking of all the clippings. It's beautiful and good to go! Right now, Friday and Saturday are wide open for new bookings. Our mulberry tree is in full bloom, and there are lots of berries on the ground for your dog to snack on. They are safe! If you're feeling adventurous, you could pick a few off the tree yourself, give them a rinse, and try a snack.**** We have somewhere between a third to a half an acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include three different size jumps, weave poles, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a little patio table if you'd like to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline.

𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 - The property is just over an 𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙚 and a mix of lawn, flower beds, paths, and work/storage areas. Overall, it is fairly flat and dogs love to 𝙧𝙪𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 for hours at a time not to mention all the great sniffing spots. There are open areas for dogs to stretch their legs and chase each other and flowers, shade and seating for their human companion(s). There is a 𝙢𝙖𝙣-𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 in the back that depending on rainfall, may be running full or just at a trickle. It is ideal for your pup to explore and cool off in. The yard offers plenty of great 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙩 opportunities to take tons of pictures throughout the various seasons. The yard is a 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙃𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩®, we are trying to help nature where and when we can. The flower beds have been designed for local critters - birds, turtles, pollinators, etc so absolutely no killing of any bees, butterflies, spiders, turtles, snakes, birds or other wildlife you may find. It also means you will likely encounter gnats, mosquitos and possibly ticks - all great bird food but not so nice for us humans and our pups. So please be sure your pup is current on their preventatives. We do provide bug spray for you to use - just be sure to use in the lawn and not near any of the flower beds. If you can, take a cool pic to share - we'd love to see it. Do a photo safari. 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠 - This is a man-made stream that that typically runs in the warmer months and is initially filled with either city water or rainfall. That said, Mother Nature adds to it so we do recommend your pup have his/her 𝙇𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙤 vaccine. The stream is usually shutdown in the winter months and some water remains at the end to help support the frogs overwinter. Please do not allow digging or rough play in the stream - we want to keep it in good shape for all our guests to enjoy and avoid costly repairs. If it is important to your visit that the stream is running and at what level (full/trickle) please reach out to the Host to check its status. 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 & 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 - typically set for 1 hour appointments. If you are interested in a longer appointment, please reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate. 𝗗𝗢𝗚 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧 - Our site is set for a 4 dog limit. If you would like to bring additional dogs, please send a message. The request will be considered on a case by case basis. Note, there are some spots at the bottom of the fence a small dog (cat size) might be able to get under - they are meant for our cats. If you are bringing a small dog, let me know and we can block the openings ahead of time. 𝗩𝗘𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧- Maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation. If a 3rd vehicle will be brought, please select and add "Extra F - Extra Vehicle" to your reservation and send us a note so we can make sure there is sufficient space. 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗦 - Extras will change depending on the season and if you don't see something you might like added, let us know and we'll be happy to consider it. It’s summer already so we’re back to treating the yard with all natural, pesticide-free, pet and human safe WONDERCIDE flea/tick/mosquito protection! We will continue to apply this into the Fall. Newly fenced yard (done in October 2020) - safe and secure! ALL the dogs say it’s the BEST, and they don’t want to leave. Legitimately. Our girl Luna won’t come in sometimes, and daycare and boarding dogs don’t like leaving. It’s pretty amazing. We are so happy to be able to offer and share our backyard with other dogs!!
