Kevin's Private Dog Park In Woodford

Enjoy our secluded dog pasture located on a dead end out in Beaverdam. As you enter the gravel driveway, you will see designated parking alongside a shaded shed. Just a short walk away is the entrance to a fully fenced doggie pasture. We will have camp style chairs at the gate for your use as well as a garden hose and drinking bowl (for the dogs only preferred).There are covered dog shelters so your pooch can have some shade. Doo doo bags and trash can are nearby for cleaning up. The area is far removed from the street We are easily reached should you have any issues at all and the area has security cameras for safety. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit. A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months. Take a ride through the county and enjoy our clean and pesticide/fertilizer free pasture!

I was made aware of this app through a support group for reactive dogs. The area available is a large family owned farm. Horses are on the land but kept separated. The area for walks has 3 trails in the woods as well as a large playing field that is very far from any street or vehicle. I love the idea of allowing your dog to just be a dog. It is a great space for off leash training or off leash play. Keep in mind it is a wooded area so squirrels and birds are very common and occasionally there will be deer.

You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in & we will do the same. Gate entrance is to the left of the garage. Feel free to sit and relax on the patio or by the fire pit. We have mature trees, so there are plenty of shady spots & there is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill the water bowl. We have a small trash can located by the shed.

Upon arriving at the Meadow Farm dog park, please pull in the drive to the house to park feel free to explore all around the yard and across the driveway into the grass fields in the backyard is a fully fenced small area. Also, there is a picnic table that can be used as well as a swing. You’ll notice that there is a pond in the backyard where your dog can play. On the property you’ll get to see some farm animals as well. Enjoy your time at the Meadow Farm dog park. In the pictures you'll see a few maps, these can be used as a guide to help show property boundaries as well as parking.

Small Farm adventures for your dog! Conveniently located between Ashland and Mechanicsville and not directly on a roadfront! Come roam our 7 acres including fields, backyards, and separate isolated training spaces. Our farm offers all the new sniffs like goats, chickens and horses safely contained and used to dogs. There are also often deer spotted on the edges of the fields! Use our 1 acre adjacent private field that has NO animals within sight for additional areas to run and play. Farm has many water access points, indoor shelter in case of inclimate weather. You are welcome to also bathe your dogs outside. A great opportunity to let your dog be a dog on or off leash! *If off leash please have a good recall as this farm is not completly fence contained and backs up to wooded areas

Welcome to our peaceful .25-acre fully fenced private yard, featuring a mix of grass and small digging spots for your pup to explore. For Dogs: We offer dog water, doggie pools, a Jolly herding ball, a tree tugging rope, and chuck-it balls/toys for endless fun. Tons of sticks to chew and squirrels to chase! For Humans: Outdoor chairs, deck, shade, bug spray, and sunscreen provided! Our neighborhood is very quite and relaxing and we respect your privacy. Other Details: Private gate entrance and space to spread out. Our dog stays indoors and won't be a bother during your visit. Friendly neighbor dogs next door, sometimes heard but not seen. Our dog loves running the fence line with them.
