This private property features a mix of wide-open fields (currently planted in soybeans), wooded areas with winding trails, and a peaceful pond. There’s plenty of room to roam safely along the edges of the fields and through the woods. Some trails cut through the forested sections for shaded walks and adventure. Large fully fenced backyard with a gate to our wooded area out back with a creek and trail. It is difficult to walk out back to the trail, but there is access to the neighborhood trail immediately across the house between two houses. Trail is about 1 mile and opens up to three large open areas (not fenced) with a creek that runs alongside much of the trail. Very dog friendly. Please stay off of the deck. Very friendly, passive Dog lives in the house, but may bark at visitors until he meets them. Left side gate is difficult to open, but Right side is easy.

No dogs living next door on either side of house, typically low to no noise from kids/dogs/traffic! Fredericksburg Dog Park at Kenmore Park is a fully fenced enclosure located at 1438 Kenmore Ave in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Only dogs with City of Fredericksburg registration, current rabies vaccination tags, and up to date vaccinations are allowed. The park is limited to 20 canines at a time and has strict rules in place, such as no puppies under four months old, no female dogs in heat, and leashing dogs when entering or exiting the park. Handlers are responsible for controlling their dogs, disposing of waste, and correcting any damage done. The park has amenities like a swimming pool and is open daily, closed dusk to dawn, all year long. Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view, relaxing farm with your dog or dogs! We are a different type of a working farm, as we provide storage and camping on the property and we also grow hay. There is many areas on the farm that one can go that you cannot see others, the road or the other side of the farm. Enjoy your visit!

Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a bucket of toys, poop baggies in a ziploc bag that are likely inside of the weatherproof tub by the deck stairs, a pooper scooper and a hose etc, so please feel free to use any of it as needed.

A good half mile from Route 234 (Dumfries Road) in the Woodbine Woods region of the Manassas historic District, the lot has over a quarter acre of open yard, light but old growth woods and a small stream just past the woodline. The forest offers deer, squirrels, foxes and a wide variety of birds (I believe i saw a mated pair of Kestrels). Some neighbors have dogs (there are two cats in my house that live in the windows to watch the outside world) and there is a highly qualified professional Dog Trainer in the area (details available on request).
