This private property features a mix of wide-open fields (currently planted in soybeans), wooded areas with winding trails, and a peaceful pond. There’s plenty of room to roam safely along the edges of the fields and through the woods. Some trails cut through the forested sections for shaded walks and adventure. Important for your visit: • Please drive down to the last barn and park. • Please stay within the property boundaries — we’ve included clear photos in the listing showing fences, markers, and property lines to help you navigate easily. • Please pick up after yourself and your dog as there are no trash cans on site. • As a working farm, you may occasionally see or hear light farm activity (equipment, crops, etc.), but the chances are low during Sniffspot bookings. Your dog will have tons of space to enjoy the rural setting without interference. Rarely but occasionally we have some family at the property, they won’t interfere with Sniffspot guest This is a fantastic spot for dogs who enjoy open running space, exploring nature trails, cooling off near the pond, and experiencing a real Virginia farm atmosphere. Fully fenced (4 foot fence) yard with a large pond (no swimming for dogs). Lots of space to run around and some fun paths and wooded areas. We do have neighbors with a dog, but he’s not always out. Neighbors also walk their dog in our neighborhood just in case you have a very dog reactive pet. Just wanted to mention these things as we have had a review or two mention the dog interactions when coming in. Please park in the court if there are cars in the driveway! Thanks for coming!

KoCo's Place for Run & Fun 🌻

Take advantage of a fully fenced 1 acre yard for your pooch to run freely and explore with interactive power toys, balls, a water hose, shaded areas, a rope to swing from and pull on and even a spayed super sweet and well- socialized potential play date named KoCo who is almost 2 years old (play dates have to be requested in advance and monitored). There is a separate cooling area with AC for breaks, if needed when the host is available.

Lakeside at Reptar's (Private Access to Lake!)

A reactive dog himself, my rescue Reptar understands the value of private playtime in a safe space and invites you to enjoy his personal pup oasis! Reptar told me to welcome you and your dogs to enjoy his fully-fenced backyard with private lake access. He offers shade for our guests, both from the trees and a movable pop up tent. He also has a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. He provide outside toys, doggie waste bags, treats, towels and drinking water for you and our furry guests. He offers a 25 yard leash you can use when your dog is swimming if you are worried about their recall in the water. Swimming is at the discretion of the owner/booker, and we have no ability to control lake conditions. Welcome to sync your phone to our Bose speaker to listen to your own music or just enjoy the sounds of nature. In the springtime, it’s the perfect weather for your dogs to swim while you enjoy the view. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find newly hatched baby turtles during your stay! All dogs are welcome!

Enjoy our fully-fenced 12,000 sq foot PRIVATE yard and agility course! The entire yard is fenced by a 6 foot chain link fence which makes it incredibly secure. This is an ideal relaxation, play or training spot for fearful or reactive dogs. Our agility equipment ranges from “easy” to “advanced” levels of difficulty making it perfect for all ages and sizes. The short grass and pesticide/fertilizer free environment gives you peace of mind while your dog sniffs, plays, or trains.

Over 80 acres of undeveloped woods and creeks, close enough to the city, but feels like the country. Here you can find places to roam freely far away from hectic city life. Bring your camera, metal detectors, pups, and bug spray, sunscreen, (provided when available!) Under slow construction for updates and features, its a great adventure spot if you and your furry friends are the curious and active type!
