This is in a residential neighborhood called "Campbells creek village". The entire yard consisting of. 25 acres in fully fenced. The left side neighbors fence is a little old and has some missing boards. Which have been patched by their side and ours to prevent escape. There are also holes at the gate that are covered with cement so digging out is not a possibility. We have 2 dogs of our own that can play with your dogs, or stay inside and give you the privacy of playing with your dog in a wide area. We do have cats outside and inside so please take that into consideration. They stay in the front yard only so they would only be visible during walk in. There is a gated dog run within the yard for separate dogs if needed. Please let me know when you will be coming so I can clean up and make sure toys are out!

Fredericksburg Dog Park at Kenmore Park is a fully fenced enclosure located at 1438 Kenmore Ave in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Only dogs with City of Fredericksburg registration, current rabies vaccination tags, and up to date vaccinations are allowed. The park is limited to 20 canines at a time and has strict rules in place, such as no puppies under four months old, no female dogs in heat, and leashing dogs when entering or exiting the park. Handlers are responsible for controlling their dogs, disposing of waste, and correcting any damage done. The park has amenities like a swimming pool and is open daily, closed dusk to dawn, all year long. Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a bucket of toys, poop baggies in a ziploc bag that are likely inside of the weatherproof tub by the deck stairs, a pooper scooper and a hose etc, so please feel free to use any of it as needed.
