Quiet .7 Acre, Fully Fenced, Private Yard In Elgin

Our spot is on a large corner lot on a dead-end street in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. We have one nextdoor neighbor who has no pets, and we have large privacy trees between us. The yard is shaded with established trees, and roughly three quarters of an acre are fenced in with a ranch style wooden fence (the lowest rung is 6 inches above the ground, so our spot is not suitable for tiny dogs who might want to run underneath). The yard is not close to the road, but people occasionally walk by and are visible. We have lots of squirrels and chipmunks to chase. It's a great spot for reactive dogs who need to run or nap in a sun-dappled space and don't do well at a traditional social dog park. We have a large vegetable garden and do not use pesticides in the yard to protect our pollinator friends. Our cozy deck is available with comfortable seating, tables, and wifi. I work from home and am often around if you happen to need anything. We do have a rescued 7 year old pup on the premises, but he will stay inside and away from windows. Garbage pail, tote with towels, bug spray, and sanitizer, water hose, bucket, picnic table, and chairs are available on the premises. Creek area extends from the southern road to the northern property fence line. Please look at Google maps/satellite for a better reference (our property is a large square that boarders 2 roads).

A few things to note about the space. We do have a neighbor dog on one side of the yard, on the other two sides, there may be a deer or three. If you decide to come at dusk, we have a mama raccoon with 3 babies. Please park at the spot closest to the street. Make sure your dog is leashed until inside the yard. Please throw out garbage in the big garbage can outside the gate. There are some balls under the porch and plenty of sticks if your doggie likes to play.
