55Our dog had a great time! It was very spacious, had multiple water spigots, and had lots of places to sniff around and explore. The owners left a few toys and doggy bags on the porch along with a doggy trash can. The owners were communicative and friendly, and overall we had a great experience :)
55This is a very nicely shaded property, so you can keep cool from the heat. There is enough space for my dogs to run around and work off some energy.
55We had such a great time at this Sniffspot! The yard is huge, well-maintained, and full of things for the dogs to explore and sniff. My dogs had an absolute blast running around and enjoying all the space. It was clean, secure, and provided plenty of opportunities for exercise and enrichment. We will definitely be back!

Description

We're a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural area off of 39 in Zephyrhills. The area is bustling with farm life. We have some areas that are sunny and some that are shaded. It's relatively quiet, but does have moments of farm activity. Some of the wildlife that you may see in the area are: Sandhill Cranes, Red Cardinals, Bluejays, Catbirds, Pileated Woodpeckers, Eastern Gray Squirrels, Black Vultures, and Red Shoulder Hawks. Some of the farm life you may see/hear: horses, chickens, emus, peacocks, goats, pigs, donkeys, feral cats, and cows. We have folding chairs, a porch swing, and a tree swing available to you to relax in. We offer fresh water and a bowl for your dog, if needed. And we have a small trash bucket available. There’s a water hose that can be used as well. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! Thank you!
