You are welcome to go into the covered lanai for shelter. Bring water and a bowl for your dogs. No electricity or water on. Trash can in the lanai for any waste. Lots of wide open space to run. Lots of shade trees and bench and chairs to use.

We’re a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural Florida off of 39 in Zephyrhills. We have several tall, oak trees draped in Spanish moss providing ample shade and dappled sunlight perfect for enjoying the breeze (when there is one!), sitting on a blanket, or swinging on the swing! There is also sunny, wide open spaces for your dog to explore, including an in-progress butterfly garden that attracts many different butterflies and moths! Indulge your inner child by enjoying a 90’s Skip-It, Kite Flying, and more! 💖 Within the fences property, you may also see other wildlife like squirrels, scrub jays, woodpeckers, hawks, frogs, and more! While it is relatively calm and quiet, the area is full of farm life and activity. You may see and/or hear farm animals like horses, chickens, goats, peacocks, donkeys, emus, pigs, feral cats, and cows. You may also see and/or hear people working. Other amenities include a covered porch and porch swing, a few complimentary pet and human supplies (toys, poop bags, treats, bug spray, hand sanitizer, etc…) and a garden hose.
