We have a nice seating area with shade for the humans and a big grassy area for the pups. Doggies are welcome on the patio furniture and are free to dig. Please see pics for details Rainy day update, Feb 18, 2026** The SniffSpot is sooo beautiful right now!!! The ground is definitely wet, but not muddy. There may be puddle present where water collects when you arrive that could create mud depending on how much fun they have with it. If they avoid it, no mud at all. Please see pictures. We've added some more tire fun and rearranged the tree stumps... see how many puppy feet you can find!! **UPDATE 11/24/24** We have added a wash/wipe down station for those muddy paws! Plus some doggie cushions for your pup to have a soft spot to relax :). We've also added some additional seating on the opposite end so you can enjoy the yard from a different angle! Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! The yard features a spacious grassy area for zoomies, fetch, and playtime, plus a paved patio with seating if you want to hang out while your dog enjoys the yard. The space is ideal for solo play, training sessions, or small dog meetups, and it’s located in a quiet residential area with minimal outside distractions. We take pride in keeping the yard well-maintained, safe, and clean for every guest. 🐢 Important note: There is a secure turtle enclosure on the property with one turtle inside. The enclosure is fully contained, but please be mindful and supervise your dog at all times, especially if your pup is curious about small animals. Whether your dog needs a safe place to burn energy, work on training, or just enjoy some fresh air, this spot is a great escape.
