By entering Creekside Pup Park, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: At Creekside Pup Park, we are committed to providing the best services, play areas, and activities in a safe environment. We hold the safety of Creekside Pup Park as a priority, with the safety of the dogs, clients, and persons in the highest regard. Please read the following terms carefully, as your entry onto the property constitutes acceptance of these terms. Creekside Pup Park strives to have the best safety measures in place to reduce risk and insists that all persons using the Dog Park have fully completed all parts of our main application and understand our policies. Persons who choose to enter Creekside Pup Park must understand there are inherent risks of injury and damage associated with dog play, whether during their individual time or open play time. Creekside Pup Park and its affiliates are not responsible for any risk or damages, as stated above. During private rental periods, as the owner, you are responsible for determining if your dog is appropriate for off-leash play if they have not attended regularly. You understand the risk of being there with your dog and that injury. We do not allow dogs with tendencies that put them at higher risk for injury or that may cause injury. You respect and understand our decisions and recommendations. Health Requirements: As per our main application, all dogs must be up to date for Rabies, Distemper Combo (or acceptable titer), negative fecal check with Giardia, Bordetella (or waiver signed), and use flea/tick preventive and heartworm preventive. If your pet requires an updated vaccination for the first time (i.e., not a booster), please make arrangements for the vaccination to be administered no less than 10 days before your visit to Creekside Pup Park. If you have newly rescued your dog, we do need a fecal check with the vet that includes Giardia, and they also need to be past the 10-day isolation period. Refund Policy: If you are asked to leave our Dog Park for any reason any time after 15 minutes, or if you need to leave the park before the full time rented, a refund will not be issued. Warning of Risk: Creekside Pup Park is intended to be an outlet for dogs and their owners to exercise, bond, and work on training. Despite all warnings, rules, and precautions, certain dangers still exist. It is nearly impossible to predict all possible situations that could occur. We strongly recommend training for proper agility equipment use or having had agility training to reduce the risk of injury when using the equipment. You understand that Creekside Pup Park is not liable for any injury that may occur using the equipment/tools/toys. Risk can include minor or serious injuries and potentially death to both humans and dogs, as well as damage to personal property, arising out of improper handling, supervision, or lack of control of a dog. Children are especially prone to serious injuries such as bites, nips, or scratches since they sometimes demonstrate behavior that may seem threatening or prey-like to dogs. For example, yelling, screaming, quick movements, falling, and direct approaches to a dog can initiate a bite or attack, especially if the dog is unknown to the child. You, as a parent/legal guardian, are knowingly taking the above risks and will not hold Creekside Pup Park liable. For safety purposes, minors must be 13 years of age or older to enter Creekside Pup Park during open play times. It must be recognized that it is impossible for Creekside Pup Park to guarantee the safety of clients, their guests/children, and dogs. Minors of all ages can attend private sessions. Each person who enters our park does so at his/her own risk and assumes the danger of using the play area. You must understand that the dog agility equipment is not for personal/children use and will be dismissed if seen. If agility course equipment or other equipment is damaged due to misuse, clients will be charged the full cost to replace damaged agility equipment or other equipment. Waiver and Release of All Claims and Assumption of Risk: By entering Creekside Pup Park, you are expressly assuming the risk of injury, illness, or death to yourself, your children, and your dogs. As well as injury and damage to your property/dog because of your choice to use the park, and you will be assuming legal liability to others for any injury, death, or damage to their property they suffer as a result of your use of the park. Please be aware that you are releasing Creekside Pup Park from all liability and claims for death, damage to property, and all other damage you, your child, and your dogs might incur as a result of using Creekside Pup Park, and you are waiving any right to make or assert any claim against Creekside Pup Park for injury, death, or damage to you, your children, or your dogs as a result of your decision to use the park. Communal Diseases: It is important that you acknowledge that even if your pet is up to date on all of his/her vaccinations, your pet can still get communal diseases/illnesses, the same way kids in daycare can pass on illness to one another; this also applies to dogs. Creekside Pup Park is not liable for any communal diseases such as kennel cough, other upper respiratory infections, or parasites. Permission for Creekside Pup Park to Photograph/Videography: By entering the property, you give authority and permission to Creekside Pup Park to copyright, use, and/or publish, without limitation or restriction, photography/videography of you, your minor children, or your dog(s) that may be taken while on Creekside Pup Park property. These photos/videos could be used for promotions, security, or advertising, and you hereby relinquish any right that you may have to examine or approve said photographs. If you do not agree to this, please notify us before entering the property. Rules: 1.Please clean any accidents with the appropriate pooper scooper and, if required, proper cleaner. a.All solid accidents can be picked up with the provided pooper scooper that has a bag lined on the inside. If the bag isn’t full, leave solids in the pooper scooper. Dispose of waste in the appropriate bin when the pooper scooper liner bag is full. Please do not use the pooper scooper if no bag is lining it. You can learn how to line the pooper scooper by asking us for QR code. 2.Wear and tear is expected; however, if your dog causes major damage, you may be partially charged to repair or replace it. 3.All toys and equipment should be put back in their areas. 4.If you do not clean up after your pet’s accidents on the equipment solid waste, there is a $10 cleaning charge. Bacon & Eggs 30 Acre Farm & Private Forest Trail - Oregon City
We offer a dedicated 10 acre sloped pasture for walking, running, ball play, etc. also a trail hike through the woods up to a mile. (Be aware of uneven ground and blackberries; some thorns in mulch). The 30-acre property is fenced and isolated private space. The gate to the road is open for access but a good distance from the fields (so not closed while visiting.). The farm is a working farm so you may see workers and equipment away from the dedicated dog areas. Yes, part of our property has neighbors along the trail but fencing is in place and neighbors are seldom around. Water for dogs, trash can for baggies, picnic table and dog toys are provided. There are livestock fenced off from the trail, and some electric & electric mesh fences are in use.

Your attendance has allowed us to continue development of our Disney Land for dogs and being a contributor to the Portland Humane Society. Toward that end this is what we have to offer at present with more to come. Two main walking trails, with two offshoot trail loops at present. Signage is there at each to help you in and out of each. Each has a selection of walking sticks at the trailhead, should you choose to use them. Appropriate good grip footwear is recommended especially during our monsoon season. Trail one, the shorter of the two, is about 25 minutes give or take, and takes a degree of dexterity more than trail too. Trail two contains two loops trails that take 30 to 45 minutes there and back to the parking area. The trail has two rest areas to sit with umbrellas to keep the rain off when needed. Trail 2, loop two has large Vern plant areas like you may have seen in the Jurassic Park movies. There are (2) Two parking areas, one much larger for up to 25 cars to accommodate larger group events. The 2nd is at the top of the hill b4 you go down into valley were you will see a sign letting you know that if your early you can park there till your designated reservation time. At the bottom you will find a porta potty for your convenience with a lighted pathway after the sun has set. For your convenience you will find seven Poop Depots with bag dispensers throughout the park. A guest ( Mark) donated a fire hydrant as a much appreciated pee station for many pups. There are two water play areas. The preferable one is now down by our inlet water pipes. Its a shallow pool area feed by spring water, so there is no concern about algae. We call it the pup self wash area because it’s only belly deep and is an absolute favorite of the pups to play in. It’s also proved to help pups who might be afraid or timid of playing in water to investigate it a little more. The other is the larger man-made pond area. This at one time was a large beautiful pond, that we had invested a large amount of money to development a Doggie Dock Dive. We had also a selection of small watercraft to help acclimate pups to being on the water with a parent. It included a selection of different size lifejackets for parents and pups. Floatable toys for retrieval were nearby. All that however became unusable because our neighbor who controls the water level with a dam did not like us having a private dog park and said if we didn’t shut it down he would just empty the pond, which he ultimately did and mow as a result has become a mud flat. We have a solution that will bring the level back up and have set up a Go Fund Me to help us with that expense. Any donation would receive a gift certificate to show our appreciation. They can use it for their own use or it can be given to a non Sniff Spot member to use at our park for various functions. Our Muddy Paw Spa has multiple cleaning brushes, paw wash cups, a spray hose and the more favorite is a water spray wash glove that sprays water out of the palm of the glove. This is an important option especially during our monsoon season to clean pups and shoes before getting into the car. Included, are multiple towels to dry off your pup, and a close line to hang the wet towels on to dry off. In the area where you see all the picnic tables, you will see a Doggie Dig Box filled with beach sand for those pups who have the need to just dig. Near to that is an upright 50 Pd “Tug of War” that big pups love. Next is a childrens play area to play in and on. We installed a tetherball for the children, but soon learned that the pups love playing with it, who would have guessed? Down from the children’s play area is a comprehensive agility course with all the obstacles that you would see on the YouTube obstacle course events. Love seeing the pups racing around that. Multiple toy stations. If on your visit, you would like to donate unused toys for other pups to enjoy that would certainly be appreciated. A long mowed area above the pond for long distance ball and frisbee retrieval. They’re also a few frisbee catchers there to practice frisbee throwing accuracy. Long, medium range and putter frisbees are provided. A 10 x 10 doggy dig sandbox for those pups to enjoy digging. A tug-of-war for those pups will enjoy a good tug. The picnic area has been expanded to accommodate pup, birthday parties, pup, groups, and family gatherings. For those bringing young children, a swingset. Solar lighting around trees, parking area and the porta potty will help to illuminate these areas when darkness falls. There are water dispensers with water bowls. There is another area being developed presently that will become an urban agility course.

Private Dog Park on 1+ Acres Near Mt. Scott Creek IMPORTANT: Fresh tap water is not available in the dog field across the creek, and water bowls are not provided. If you prefer that your dog not drink from the creek, please bring your own drinking water and bowl. Just five minutes from Clackamas Town Center, our one-acre field offers plenty of open space, rolling hills, and access to peaceful Mt. Scott Creek. The creek flows year-round, although the water level drops during summer, and several areas allow dogs to wade and cool off on warm days. Please be aware that the creek is not fenced at either end, so this spot may not be suitable for dogs likely to follow the creek beyond the property. We do not use conventional chemical pesticides. The field is treated with organic diatomaceous earth in early spring and late fall to help control pests. The creekside can become muddy during winter, but most of the property—especially the upper fields—remains dry throughout the year. Please bring: • Drinking water for your dog • Your own water bowl • A towel during wet or muddy weather Because the property is large, dog waste can easily be missed. Please keep track of where your dog goes and pick up all waste after. Complimentary waste bags are provided, with one trash bin near the creek and another in the upper field. Furry Fellows Field Fully Fenced, Easy Parking, Open Barn & Private Entrance
Reviews with photo's may be posted onto our Instagram! @furryfellowsniffspot 📸 We're a great option if you want a peaceful and private place to relax at. There is plenty to sniff for the pups and we maintain the field regularly in the spring/summer to keep the grass short. What we offer: ✅ Large fully fenced field. ✅ Dedicated guest parking area for easy parking and multiple cars (can fit 2-3 cars depending on vehicles sizes). ✅ Private entrance straight to the sniffspot. ✅ Open barn for shade and shelter from rain and wind. ✅ Picnic tables that can seat 12 with 3 extra chairs. ✅ Waste bags, large 💩 scooper and multiple trash stations for easy clean up and disposal. ✅ 5 gallon distilled bottled water jug for dogs and water bottles for humans.(Water is not available during freezing conditions). ✅ Regularly maintained field in spring/summer ✅ Frisbee golf basket and discs, picnic blanket, kids playhouse and other outdoor games available in the summer 🌞 ✅ Quick 💩 pickups! we appreciate when guests let us know if they see any poo piles so we can take care of them as quickly as possible :) 🐾 On RARE occasions our neighbor’s new puppy has wandered near the Sniffspot. The area is fully fenced and secure so he cannot enter on his own. He is young, extremely friendly, and very docile; some guests have even chosen to let him in to play with their dogs. Again his visits are very uncommon (only 3 guest interactions out of 1,300+ visits), and if it does occur during your visit his collar includes our neighbor’s contact information so they can be reached directly. If you have questions or concerns feel free to send us a message :) Frequently asked questions Q: What are the berries the tree's drop in the sniffspot? A: Hawthorn berries! Q: Do you have toys at your location? A: Unfortunately we do not offer toys at our sniffspot due to frequent replacement being costly, this choice helps us to keep our price low. Occasionally we will have them available thanks to donations from guests in our small dog community to share with others but it is not guaranteed. *EDITS* 5/28/2024* By request we've made some improvements on making this spot more small dog friendly by filling in noticeable gaps under our fences and gates! 6/4/2024* We've ordered supplies to update sagging area's in fencing and added water bowls. 9/16/2024* Gate lock has been fixed. 6/30/2025 2 more doggy waste stations have been ordered to add to the park. 7/20/2025 Doggy waste stations have been installed and active wasps nest have also been taken care of. A water jug station will also be added to have more water jugs available for guests to replace with fresh ones once emptied. 10/15/2025 Mulch has been ordered, we plan on slowly topping up mulched area's as needed throughout the fall and winter months. 4/6/2025 Picnic tables have been ordered to acco large groups, we plan to have them setup by 4/17. We've also added the birthday pawty extra for larger get togethers with dogs.
