Two+ acres of pasture/ farmland with multiple trees for shade. Plenty of area to picnic/relax. Porta-Potty on premises and access to water pump/small kiddie pool available. More amenities coming soon.

HOST NOTE

Property is unfenced and has long frontage next to a US Highway. Dog area is long and deep but beware of Highway on one side. Hopefully fencing will be installed next year.

Sniff spot guest property is everywhere north of the barn. My dogs and cats occupy the property around the house. Please park on the north side of the gravel drive!
