We have approximately a quarter acre, fully fenced in, well maintained yard. I don't use fertilizer or pesticides in the yard as we feed the local the critters. Plenty of birds, squirrels to chase, occasional rabbit. Outdoor Water available. Digging allowed. Padded seating is available as well as shade. Private parking directly in front of gate. Please keep animals leashed until safely inside gated/fenced area.

Cassian, my 2yr old Golden Retriever, is obsessed with his new yard. After growing up an apartment dog, we took it upon ourselves to buy a house with a big enough yard for him to zoomie as fast as possible every day 🐶 There are squirrels, beautiful mature trees in the yard and nearby, and it’s generally very quiet and relaxing. We have a small kiddie pool for your pups to play in during the summer, along with a splash pad. Please use at your dogs leisure!🌊☀️ And Cassian’s best toys are set aside for everyone to use ☺️ ❄️‼️ We have a small propane heater that will be set up inside of our shed, along with two chairs. Please feel free to use these to help keep you warm and block the wind while your pup plays 💚 We hope you and your pups enjoy it as much as we do!💚

We also provide another ~2 acres of non-fenced in trail/walking path into the wilderness behind the yard. Here you can walk your pet for a real nature experience. You will see fresh deer tracks, berries, rabbits, and plenty to enjoy. Squirrel Hollow Golf Course can provide a great place for your pup to explore in peace during the winter months. The clubhouse would be staffed and small handfuls of people may or may not be present. No other dogs or pets. The ponds on the property are man-made and very shallow and mucky… If your dog is a pond jumper, just beware! ⚠️🤣🐾 Feel free to stop in the clubhouse and grab a pop or a cocktail to take on your walk… Definitely bring a leash as the property is not fenced in. The Squirrel loves dogs!! 🐾
