55If you love your dog to run and run. The people are great to work with.
15*check gates before letting your dog off leash* we made the mistake of not checking gates because every time myself or a client has come, gates have been closed. There is also no notice on the listing to check gates. There was a gate open and both setters took off. One has zero recall. Whitney’s response was “sorry, my lady. It’s also a ranch, so the ranch hand probably left it open…” which I completely get. But she also knew that the spot was booked since Sunday. Her callous response was inappropriate. We won’t be back
55Such a wonderful spot!
45I truly love this SniffSpot, however the front entrance gate is not super secure and one of my dogs (a 50lb English Setter) was able to push her way out and took off down a pretty busy farm to market road and on to the neighbors property. The remainder of the property is secure and my dogs love running the acreage. My suggestion and my future plans are to back your car up next to where the gate and fence meet up to block any escape attempts
55A great wide open space for my pups to run, play and sniff!
55This Sniffspot is so brilliant. Our dogs had the best time chasing and hunting. The fencing was secure enough for our small dog. Our setters had the best time swimming in the stock tank!
55Super great space to run around and roam with your pups. Our dogs had a blast and we loved getting to run, play, and watch them sniff everything.
45Nice open field to play in - lots of space and fence line to sniff! The property is fully fenced along a busy road. It contained my dogs but one goes crazy chasing cars which distracted him from exploring so FYI if you have a pup like that too! I wasn’t fully sure what areas we were allowed to be in so I closed the gate to the house and the road. It sounds like from others more options are available so it’d be helpful to have that info in the description.
55I had such a great experience here! Whitney was so nice and answered all of my questions, the property was perfect for my dog to run, and the fence was nice and secure all the way around. Would highly recommend!
55The dogs loved the space to run around and explore! Whitney was a very kind and friendly host!

The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! Right off 35! Are you traveling down 35 with your pet? Take a pit stop at our Sniffspot and let your furry friend stretch their legs then be back on the road no problem!

Beautiful back yard with shaded areas and a bench. Very private. Nice neighbors. Quiet neighborhood with low crime rate. Pretty plants most of the year. I’ve seen lots of cool critters behind my fence as there is a small forrest and creek beyond my property. None have ever been aggressive. Owners with very small dogs need to take extra care that their dog doesn’t learn to escape through the rod iron fence. Some amenities are extra such as pool access. I also have an outdoor shower that could be used for dog washing that is extra.
