I truly love this SniffSpot, however the front entrance gate is not super secure and one of my dogs (a 50lb English Setter) was able to push her way out and took off down a pretty busy farm to market road and on to the neighbors property. The remainder of the property is secure and my dogs love running the acreage. My suggestion and my future plans are to back your car up next to where the gate and fence meet up to block any escape attempts

This Sniffspot is so brilliant. Our dogs had the best time chasing and hunting. The fencing was secure enough for our small dog. Our setters had the best time swimming in the stock tank!

Nice open field to play in - lots of space and fence line to sniff! The property is fully fenced along a busy road. It contained my dogs but one goes crazy chasing cars which distracted him from exploring so FYI if you have a pup like that too! I wasn’t fully sure what areas we were allowed to be in so I closed the gate to the house and the road. It sounds like from others more options are available so it’d be helpful to have that info in the description.

I had such a great experience here! Whitney was so nice and answered all of my questions, the property was perfect for my dog to run, and the fence was nice and secure all the way around. Would highly recommend!

Our 4 Aussies loved running around on property. Owner was surprised we were there when we arrived. Miss communication I guess and we only seen the owner when we arrived. Was not a lot of communication if any. Appreciate the owner regardless opening up her property to us!!!!
Host replied: I apologize for any inconvenience. The notification came late and I was preparing to leave town. I'm glad the pups had fun ☺️

I loved the wide open spaces for my dogs to run and explore. The vegetation along the fence line provided a lot of entertainment and the dogs had a chance to run full speed off leash. Directions to the location were perfect.

My pups loved this place! Plenty of room for them to run around and explore. I have 2 escape artists and they stayed secure and safe the whole time. The host was a great communicator and made the whole experience pleasant. The grounds were clean, well mowed and perfect for my 3 large dogs. Thank you!

The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! Right off 35! Are you traveling down 35 with your pet? Take a pit stop at our Sniffspot and let your furry friend stretch their legs then be back on the road no problem!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
