Description

Come explore and play on our 3 acre piece of countryside. Park in the driveway, and then come out back to explore all there is to offer. We have an open yard, perfect for throwing a ball or getting zoomies out. Our property backs up to the river, and we have carved out trails, perfect for a short morning or afternoon hike. Let your pup play in the water and wear themselves out chasing squirrels and sniffing in the woods! We try to keep a fire going in good weather, so please enjoy hanging out fireside as well.

Despite the recent rain and high waters, our pups had a great time! The flooding even allowed for a safe space for them to swim and they loved it!

This is one of the best spots we’ve been to!! There is plenty of space in the yard to run around in, it is open to the state route so I would make sure your pup has reliable recall/a leash, but we spent most of our time at the river. There’s a short trail that you can walk along the river bank and there are plenty of places to enter the water. It is very muddy, so be sure to bring a towel and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty! It was slow moving and had multiple depths so it’s great for first timers or pro swimmers. The host mentioned there are other properties on the river, but we didn’t see or hear anyone else. The spot was very clean, the host had a trash can for poop bags and also had the bonfire going when we arrived. She quickly answered all of my questions prior to booking, and everything was clearly marked. We will definitely be back!
