Tiny but Mighty Fully Fenced Backyard Oasis

A small/medium yard with all the essentials and more! The yard is fully fenced, closer to 600 sq. ft. There is an outdoor sofa with pillows and cafe table and chairs for humans while the dog(s) play in the yard. You may also open the sun umbrella if needed. A few toys are out but can be picked up upon request. There is no resident dog but I dog sit frequently. The yard is about 40% a brick patio and 60% grass. Towels can be left out as well. Fresh/clean water bowl will be provided. Easy access to yard from convenient and never crowded street parking. Please be courteous of neighbors and do not block driveways. There is a small hot-tub not be used by dogs or humans. It is fully covered and out of the way. Motion censored light and camera in yard as well. Any other questions just ask :)

Great shady open space. Lots of fun critters to see and observe (birds, squirrels, etc). Table and chairs to bring food or work to. Access to hose for water playing/drinking. You can hear our neighbor dogs however both the neighbors and myself have a fence, so you don’t have to worry about interactions.

Come visit our large backyard smack dab in the center of Marietta, between Sprayberry and Lassiter High School! Available to you are dog toys, mosquito repellent, hose, trash can, sprinkler, pooper scooper, poop buckets, kid pools, and comfortable seating for up to 8 people! Parking is available in the driveway to the left of the shed, and entrance to the yard will be to your right. We are working on perfecting the walkway. Let me know if you have any questions! If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. A hose and kiddie pool are provided during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating under our brand new pergolas. There’s a living room area plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and Please park along the street in front of the house, but not in front of the mailbox. Thanks!
