4 fenced acres, 4 foot pipe-no climb wire fence. Pond, trees unlevel ground, few holes dug by wildlife. Burn pile with some wildlife. Horse in dry lot or barn. Barn at guest request. Horse turned out at night, horse poop in pasture.

2-3 people per 4 dogs No smoking, vaping or alcoholic beverages allowed, I added a picture of a Vape pen found by a guest in the yard-not allowed. Please be prompt in arrival & departure I recommend closed toe shoes, long pants or tall socks, hat, sunscreen & bug spray. I will greet & give you a short tour on your arrival, please leave your dog in your car. Please follow your dog(s) the 1st 10 minutes, which is generally when they poop. Please place poop bags in container provided. A guest found full poop bags in the field and by the barn. If you have any concerns, be sure to contact me immediately, thru the app. Give the me the opportunity to make it right. ***Please reply to this message to let me know you’ve seen and read it through.***

Property is located on a dead end street, so there is very little traffic. All surrounding houses sit on acreage, so neighbors and their pets are seldom seen. All neighboring animals are kept in a fenced area when outside. Wildlife can be spotted on the property especially close to the wooded area and creek. The pond does have fish, turtles, frogs etc, so dogs swim at their risk. The creek is fairly dry with just a shallow stream most of the time unless there has been a recent rain. It's a great place to explore. Like any pastureland/field, snakes can occasionally be found as well. No need to clean up doggie messes that are not within a 50 yard radius of the house.
