Hi, welcome to my family’s fully-fenced, personal backyard in North Austin! Studies show that 10-20 minutes of sniffing is more stimulating than an hour of command training for dogs so thats why we are opening up our space to others. We have a calm resting spot for humans as well that’s shaded with provided bug spray and WiFi. Unfortunately, our home is currently not ADA accessible.

Hi! We’re Byron and Megan and welcome to our humble abode. We moved to Austin 4 years and fell in love with the city so much that we decided to buy our first (and probably only with these prices haha) home. We are two live-music/travel/dog lovers who want to open up our home to other dog parents. We decided to open our home to others because we know firsthand how difficult it is to let your dog(s) enjoy the outside while having to worry about your dogs reaction to others…or other dogs reactions to yours! We’ve done the dog park circuits and felt we had too many bad instances to call it coincidences so we knew we needed to find a home with yard so our dogs can enjoy nature without worrying for their safety. So here we are! We hope you and your dogs enjoy our home!

There is a spacious deck with an umbrella, a fan, and a plenty of seating. Residential back lawn with plenty of things to sniff, a garden for humans to admire, as well as a patio for humans and dogs to lounge on, and lots of room to run jump and play! Residents may be at home but will offer tenants their full privacy- and other pets will be kept out of yard and out of visibility during their time in the playground. Water bowl on patio is available and if needs to be filled up, there is a water hose close to the entrance of the playground. Feel free to fill it up and remember to turn off the water hose when done. Bugs are kind of wild this time of year, so I recommend bringing bug spray to better enjoy the space. You will also find mosquito incense sticks on the potting bench that you are welcome to burn during your visit. We truly love our furry friends and welcome them into our space!
