Fully fenced and Shady 1 acre Oasis in South Austin
Come check out our backyard β a spacious, peaceful spot thatβs perfect for your furry companion! πΎ We have over an acre of lush green grass and plenty of shady trees, giving dogs lots of room to run, decompress, and explore at their own pace. The land is fully fenced with a privacy-style fence, offering visual separation and a sense of security that many reactive or easily overstimulated dogs benefit from. While there are neighbors nearby, there is no sidewalk running directly along the fence, and foot traffic is minimal. For visitors, we provide chairs for humans, and for dogs we offer kiddie pools, hoses, and sprinklers for extra fun and cooling off on warm days. Bug spray is available for your use. **grass burs are popular along left side of barn (if looking from house) Advise checking shoes and fur before leaving
