There is a spacious deck with an umbrella, a fan, and a plenty of seating. The classic big and fenced yard. No sticker-burrs or other animals to worry about. Access to WiFi, water spigot, pup towel, tennis balls, dog waste basket, and indoor restrooms as needed. Enjoy!

The Silva's Fully Fenced In, Well Kept Yard!

We hope you love our spot! We offer a large list of amenities and plenty of quiet time with a fully secure yard, surrounded by a 6 foot tall privacy fence. This Spot contains 3 separate hoses with sprinkler attachments you can use freely for your pup, access to water, a handful of pup toys, a covered patio with seating for you and plenty of space for your fur kiddo to run around and enjoy! This Spot is also listed by yours truly, who is the General Manager of a local doggy daycare who is also Canine CPR Certified and trained in dog behavior and health!

(CRR) • Enjoy 2 acres of green grass, shade under the tree canopy and direct access to the Colorado River • We are thrilled to be able to extend waterfront, direct river access at CRR • We have not conducted any formal testing on the water at CRR • We have hosted countless dogs, including our own, who have enjoyed the river and we have had no issues here at CRR

Jo's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In South/Central Austin

Our house is on a corner lot with a sizable metal fence. Plenty of street parking, along with a yard that is shaded in different parts throughout the day. We have a screened in back patio for dog owners use only (please no dogs in the patio area) with a fan, comfortable seating, TV and wifi access. We provide toys, doggie pool (in the summer), poop bags, water, etc. Let us know if you have any special requests and we'll do our best to accommodate them!

(More photos coming soon!) You can find my back yard gate to the right of the house, past the carport. There's a deck with a table and chairs, and plenty of room for your dog to run around. No neighboring yards have dogs, and no neighbors spend much time in their yards, so there's lots of privacy. The back yard is fully fenced. Please close the gate when you enter and exit.

Residential back lawn with plenty of things to sniff, a garden for humans to admire, as well as a patio for humans and dogs to lounge on, and lots of room to run jump and play! Residents may be at home but will offer tenants their full privacy- and other pets will be kept out of yard and out of visibility during their time in the playground. Water bowl on patio is available and if needs to be filled up, there is a water hose close to the entrance of the playground. Feel free to fill it up and remember to turn off the water hose when done. Bugs are kind of wild this time of year, so I recommend bringing bug spray to better enjoy the space. You will also find mosquito incense sticks on the potting bench that you are welcome to burn during your visit. We truly love our furry friends and welcome them into our space!

Lanahan's Lounge for Pups & Parents

Large backyard and screened in porch which backs to the Wells Branch trail available for you and your pups to enjoy. Conveniently located between Katherine Fleischer Park and Mills Pond. Taking a walk with your dog and you're done but they still need some time for zoomies? Hop on over and take a weight off while your dog runs free! The yard is fully fenced, with a latch on the gate to keep your pups secure. There is a screened in back porch with lights, a fan (just use the pull chain to turn on) and plenty of seating. There's even a hammock on the porch and some lounge chairs in the yard! Feel free to move the chairs around as needed. We will have the wading pools filled up some prior to your visit. There are towels on the back porch if needed. You can take it easy while your pups play, or take a rest after playing together. 🥰 There is also a waste bin, pooper scooper, bags, hand sanitizer & other things for you on the back porch (blankets, yoga mat). You and your pup may encounter a bunny from time to time but they are pretty good and fast at getting out quickly (they're used to running from our cats). Please do not let dogs dig in the beds around the house and at the fence. There is a dedicated dig area under the awning frame. The area fenced off next to the house is where grow our veggies and native plants are along the fence line to deter mosquitoes. Feel free to try some of what we are growing! We currently have a plethora of malabar spinach and arugula! Note, at this time the hot tub on the back porch is not available for SniffSpot visitors. Please enjoy our space!
