Come and explore a beautiful vista with your dogs! You’ll have a set of private trails to yourself, with two large open fields perfect for training or games of tag! Surrounded by a meadow and a mixed deciduous and evergreen forest, both you and your dog will feel completely at peace! Your dog can even go for a quick splash & drink in the stream or ponds! Only (2) adults are allowed with the dogs for a Sniffspot booking. Up to (2) children, under 18, may accompany them. You can enjoy trails through the fields as well as the pine forest and heavier bush trails. Water is available at the barn area (by the firepits) Come enjoy the fresh air and quiet!

I have 2 large rescue dogs and know how important it can be to find a safe space for them to run and play in that's off leash. Lots of room for zoomies, toys and the agility structure is a hit with all the dogs. Reinforced lattice and bottoms of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :)

60 acres of fields, trails, ponds, and forests. Trails are more like hiking in the woods and not suited for bikes or any other equipment. Large pond where your dogs would love to swim for hours. Sorry for safety reasons the Paddle boats are not for public use. Enjoy. Rubber boots strongly recommended. This is a large property, eat well before arrival.

Unleash your dog and you'll have the comfort of knowing they can run and play and stay safe in this large fenced in yard. In the summer months, there's lots of shade, water hose, water bowls and a kiddie pool to cool your dogs down. Seating, toys and poop bags available.

Winding trails lead through the forest, providing ample opportunities for adventure and exploration for both dogs and their owners, immersing them in an environment teeming with wildlife. Not just a haven for dogs, this Sniffspot is also home to a variety of livestock, including friendly goats, sheep, and horses that graze peacefully in designated areas. Our residents also enjoy the company of chickens, ducks, geese, and even a turkey, adding to the rustic charm of our Sniffspot. This unique blend of river, forest, trails, and diverse animal life makes our private Sniffspot an ideal sanctuary for those looking to escape the city and reconnect with nature alongside their canine companions.
