Reinforced lattice and bottoms of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :)

Winding trails lead through the forest, providing ample opportunities for adventure and exploration for both dogs and their owners, immersing them in an environment teeming with wildlife. Not just a haven for dogs, this Sniffspot is also home to a variety of livestock, including friendly goats, sheep, and horses that graze peacefully in designated areas. Our residents also enjoy the company of chickens, ducks, geese, and even a turkey, adding to the rustic charm of our Sniffspot. This unique blend of river, forest, trails, and diverse animal life makes our private Sniffspot an ideal sanctuary for those looking to escape the city and reconnect with nature alongside their canine companions.

***All charges are in USD*** Our 1,000+ sq foot indoor training room + 500+ sq foot partially covered potty yard is for rent. Some Training obstacles are available for use during the room rental. Slatmill for dogs included for rental use (please bring your own harness if you plan on using it). Spring pole in our covered potty yard is availed for use, it comes with a ball but you may bring any toy attachment you like. Wall climb is also included in rental (you will need to bring your own Velcro style wall climb toy, belay rope available for larger dogs who can’t be caught). Lots of parking available. No access to bathrooms. Clean up supplies for accidents provided, water tap available for dogs, please bring your own bowl. Please note, our 2nd potty yard at the far side is not currently available for use. Please do NOT use crate in room (you may bring your own if needed). Please wear indoor shoes.

Our back yard is lots of fun for both dogs and humans! We have lots of shade and sun, a doggy bed, dog toys and treats, and lounge chairs for humans. If you have kids, they’re welcome too. Our two little girls love to meet new dogs, but also can stay inside if your dog is shy. Pepper, our Italian Greyhound is super fun and social, and she’s happy to come say hi or stay inside. We have drinks, a washroom, parking, and anything else you need for a comfy play date. Even a plastic pool if your doggy likes to splash! IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD The Ireland farm is a 7 acre loop trail around our property, there is gravel, mulch, mud, grass a small pond and two grass cut acres for running and playing fetch. We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. (Bring your own wood) There is a 1/4 acre fenced area behind the red barn with a slide and a platform for dogs to jump and run! Inside the red barn you will find a drinking fountain for the dogs, along with a hose. Please do not leave the hose running as we are on a well. But use to wash dogs off or cool them off on a hot day :) There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer.

Our back paddock which goes through a forested area is not used for the horses and connects to a large 10acres corn field which has a lovely track around it. There is a separate road entrance from this corn field as well. The paddock is partially fenced with an electric fence but it is not on. The forest is a partial wetland during the spring and fall which also leads to a pond. The property also has many fruit trees!
