55This was our second time visiting this Sniffspot, and it was equally as enjoyable as the first! Beautifully maintained trails for exploring, expansive lawn areas for training, and a fantastic water feature for swimming (or in my pup's case, frolicking while trying to get the hang of swimming) made for a lovely afternoon of fun. Charles took the time to advise us of some new trails he has created on his property, so there was even more to explore. Two and a half hours wasn't enough time to fully experience all this property has to offer. We can't wait for our next visit!
55We had an awesome time at this awesome Sniffspot! The place is huge with well maintained trails. My dog had a blast sniffing and running around the property. Charles was also very kind and met us when we got to the Sniffspot, which was very helpful. We booked for 1.5 hours, but definitely will book for a longer time at our next visit. Thanks for having us and we will definitely be back!

55Wow! What an experience! Charles has definitely made the most of his property... This Sniffspot features wide, well-maintained trails that, while not marked, are incredibly easy to navigate (even for the directionally-challenged, such as myself!). The trails are bordered at all times by either crops, woods, thick vegetation, or a river/creek, so you get a sense of seclusion and privacy. In addition, the landscape and thoughtful layout of the property offers consistent visual borders throughout that discourage pups from wandering too far. My pup and I were able to comfortably and safely test all of our off-leash training work here, which was such a treat! Along the river/creek there are large swaths of open lawn area, perfect for doing some training or having a game of fetch. And then there is the river/creek...whether your pup is an avid swimmer, or if they are perhaps water-curious but prefer to keep their paws touching the ground, this water feature has something to offer every pup. Bring bug spray if you plan to visit, as you don't want to allow a few mosquitoes to deter you from spending as much time as possible exploring this Sniffspot. And you will want to book a good, long visit. I ended up extending my 1.5 hour booking to 2 hours, and it still wasn't nearly enough to explore all this Sniffspot has to offer. Charles is friendly, flexible, and great to communicate with, so be sure to give this Sniffspot a try. It is already one of our favourites!
55What a beautiful spot! This was my first time visiting, and though the host was not available to meet this visit, she very kindly messaged me prior to my first visit. I think I would have benefited from that meeting, just to confirm where the property boundaries are, but we stuck to the field perimeters, and went down to the river. A beautiful, gorgeous, open property, with tons of space to run! And of course the river if your dog loves to swim. Rook had a great time and will definitely visit again if we're in the neighborhood ❤️
55Our dog, Dexter, really enjoyed this farm. We went on December, lots of snow, which he definitely liked! Charle's place is massive and great for our dog to run around and explore. We will definitely come back.

45Very nice property and host. Not totally comfortable for reactive dogs - there were dogs playing in the river, so nothing the host could have done to prevent it - but we still had a great time playing in the water. Great spot for a hot day.
