Welcome to The Overlook — a fully fenced dog space with natural terrain, and plenty to keep curious noses busy. Enclosed by 6-foot fencing, The Overlook is a secure spot where your dog can roam, sniff, and play freely. The gently sloping hillside leads down toward Gee Creek, a small creek tucked along the property edge, creating the kind of rich, layered scent environment that dogs find endlessly fascinating. Mulch and bark pathways keep paws comfortable and the ground manageable even in wetter months. It's a great space for a game of fetch, a casual sniff session, or just letting your dog decompress off-leash in a contained setting. The varied terrain adds a little natural adventure to every visit. We also offer an on leash trail to use while on the property. A heads up: The Overlook sits adjacent to a busy road, so there is noticeable traffic noise. The 6-foot fencing keeps your dog completely safe and secure, but if your pup is sensitive to road sounds, our other space — The Meadow — may be a better fit. The Meadow is a wide-open, fully fenced space just over a quarter acre — a generous private dog space just off the I-5 freeway exit. With flat, grassy ground and a dry, well-maintained surface, it's perfect for dogs who need room to run, stretch out, or simply roam at their own pace. Accessed by a peaceful trail from the parking area, the walk to The Meadow sets a calm tone before your dog even sets a paw inside. A bench inside the space means you can sit back, relax, and let your pup do their thing — no hovering required. Flat fields, hills, grassy lake land, waterfront. We are Open 5am until Midnight in the field. We also rent our riding arena which is fully enclosed. Its sniffspot Sauvie Island Spot 2 and it open 5am to 10pm We also rent Sauvie Island fully fenced, spot 3.

Water available. Please bring your own dog bowl, poop bags, and toys. The ones I have provided have gone missing. Over 20 fir trees + other trees on this expansive lot in Beaverton. Organic - no pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals used. Grass, vinca minor, under a canopy of large trees. Shaded and open areas. House located on a cul-de-sac. Native plants & trees encourage native species (butterflies, hummingbirds, etc). Grass is green in the spring and fall, can be yellow/green in the summer (water preservation.) Picnic table shaded by trees. Lights on 2 story deck, lights that surround the deck, and lights above the cement patio available upon request. You can place poop bags in trash (yellow bucket.) Deck/stairs, trampoline, hot tub & fire pit off limits. Enjoy!j

Holly's 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Newberg

We are located in the middle of wine country. This is a previous horse pasture, so the ground is uneven. Humans should not run in the field. The field is on Hwy 240, so there is traffic noise. The neighbor's fence is 40 feet away from the park's perimeter so there is no contact possible with other dogs. Bring water. I do not provide water because shared water bowls can spread many diseases. Two chairs are under the apple tree .
