Organic - no pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals used. Grass, vinca minor, under a canopy of large trees. Shaded and open areas. House located on a cul-de-sac. Native plants & trees encourage native species (butterflies, hummingbirds, etc). Grass is green in the spring and fall, can be yellow/green in the summer (water preservation.) Picnic table shaded by trees. Lights on 2 story deck, lights that surround the deck, and lights above the cement patio available upon request. You can place poop bags in trash (yellow bucket.) Flat fields, hills, grassy lake land, waterfront. We are Open 5am until Midnight in the field. We also rent our riding arena which is fully enclosed. Its sniffspot Sauvie Island Spot 2 and it open 5am to 10pm ( closed until September) We also rent Sauvie Island fully fenced arena.
