Portable shower (hot/cold) located at tub available for use before/after entering tub. Relax & enjoy! Caveats: *No dogs in tub. *Dogs must be either on long lead or trusted 💯 to roam off-lead. Privacy enclosure/tub screen to be installed 2024. Spa robes (contingent upon availability), spa towels & disposable slippers provided. Happy tubbing! Per hr. rate.

Resident farm dogs are secured during your visit; however if your pup(s) are friendly and would enjoy romping with a super-friendly gentle giant breed, let us know and we’ll release him! We are not liable should your pup(s) run off the property. Please note there are unfenced swimming pool /pond/lake areas. Please obey the boundaries of the property - marked with property line signage. During MD’s hunting season, expect to hear sounds of gunshot from neighboring lands. Deer cross the driveway regularly. 10 MPH speed limit. Please ensure any cigarette/cigar butts and dog waste bags are disposed of in a responsible manner. Dog waste/cigarette disposal units are located at the picnic benches by the parking area. There is a bare-bones, think “gas station-style”restroom located at the barn. The barn can be used for indoor play. 23 rescue animals including chickens, geese & ducks located in their pen behind garage (building to right of house). Thank you for respecting our property 🙂

Our farm has: ✔️ Abundant wildlife! ✔️ Wide-open, completely unfenced land ✔️ Natural terrain with fields, hills, and trails ✔️ Ponds, streams and endless sniffing opportunities Parking & Arrival: Please park to the right of the big red barn, by the dumpster and begin walking from there. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Please exit the farm by the farmhouse and only go straight (do not cross traffic as you exit). Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. You will likely have the property entirely to yourself. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.
