IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD This is a 50x90' fully fenced in area located 3km from the town of Elmvale and also close to Wasaga Beach. There is ample parking and a turn around so you do not need to back out onto a busy road. There are trash bins for poop bags, a water faucet on the outside of the house and a green crock for a water bowl. I try to have a chair or two available as well. There is shade in the morning but it is full sun in the afternoon. It is also a very breezy location because we are so close to Georgian Bay. Pls be thoughtful when you leave a review. This is not some big money making business. We offer our property to support dog families who need a safe space for activity. When we get negative reviews because someone is “too hot” or “it rained” it makes us question what we are doing and why. It is a lot of work to maintain this space. We really do hope you enjoy.

We live on 57 acres with trails made throughout but will continue to make more in the spring. We want others and their dogs to be able to enjoy private trail walks as much as we do :) A lot of our trails were made in the winter so we are slowly working on clearing up more trails this spring so bear with us and the branches! We keep the trailed groomed almost daily in the winter to make walking easier. PARKING: please park in the round about and go around the left side of the house to the trail. Winter parking: Please park your vehicle on the corner of the paved driveway LEASHES: Please leash your dogs until you are on the trail and when returning to the parking lot if they don’t have reliable recall. DOG POOP: Please use a stick to flick your dog’s poop out of sight and off the trail or put in a doggy bag. There is a compost bin you are welcome to throw your compostable doggy bags in there. RESPECT NATURE: No smoking or littering. Please keep our Sniffspot beautiful and safe from potential fire. The entrance to the trail is at the back left of the property. There is a water bucket for the dogs at the left side of the house near the tap. You are welcome to refill if needed. I hope you enjoy!
