Fully fenced, secured and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy, sniffing, and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The in ground pool is available for an additional charge from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Plenty of shade and multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.

Yes, we have a picnic table. Will your dogs be in the yard? No, just yours. Do you have a place for the adults to sit? Yes. We have two cushioned rocking chairs and picnic chairs to move around. All we ask is that you leave it as you found it. Enter and exit at your designated times and always bring your dogs in and exit on a leash. They can run free off leash while visiting. Find us on Facebook! Search: Hound Hill, 1 acre fenced private dog park in West Avon Hound Hill is a fully fenced one acre wooded doggy paradise. We have our own pack of four dogs and created this space for them. They use the large yard daily but will always be secured inside the house for the entirety of your visit. Hound hill is an unimproved wooded area, but we have cleared brush, leaves and sticks for easier walking and playing with your dog. Our fence is mesh critter fence which is wildlife friendly for the deer, bears, bobcats and other animals that travel through our property. If you are looking for a large space for fetch or just to let your dog explore then this is the place! Please note that the dog park is on a hill and there are no paved or flat areas within the park. It is recommended that you wear good shoes with traction and are comfortable walking through an unimproved wooded area. There are rocks, sticks, leaves and uneven terrain. If you have physical limitations this park may be very difficult for you to use. When you arrive please take time to walk the fence line with your dog on leash first to ensure the fence is intact. Due to the nature of critter fencing and the abundance of wildlife, we have had occasional breaks caused by deer and bear as well as branches that have fallen. If you spot any issue please message the host and they will immediately address the issue. We love this fence because it does not entangle the wild animals and is very easy to repair. This means we have to inspect it often, and we do, but for the safety of all we encourage each doggie chaperone to do their own visual inspection before allowing dogs free rein. We do treat the area with cedar oil for ticks. We do not use any herbicides or pesticides or fertilizer. Please pull all the way into the drive and park in the gravel spot to the left of the garage. There is marked parking for one vehicle. If you have additional vehicles please park the second vehicle in the culdesac and walk in. Do not block the garage doors. Enter and exit through the gate directly in front of the parking spot. Please do not use the gate on the other side of the lot for any reason. Please do not use the smaller fenced area directly off the back of the house. Please pick up after your dog. Removal of dog waste is imperative in order for us to continue to offer this spot. Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shade after noon! Parking is off street in my driveway - there's plenty of space! Membership price includes access to the agility area. Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Quarter acre private fenced in backyard in a convenient location. Plenty of room to run around, trees and grass to sniff and birds, squirrels etc. to chase. Hose spigot available for fresh water, multiple chairs to sit in, umbrella available for shade.Towels/bottled water available upon request. Please bring: A PHYSICAL COPY (for me to keep) of proof of rabies, distemper, kennel cough. Printed receipt or photo of current flea/tick and heartworm preventative. A Photo of your license will be taken upon arrival. Please do not bring your pets to this property if they are not feeling well or are currently ill.  This protocol is to keep both parties involved safe!🐾

Hi Everyone, my name is Wendy ! A great big WELCOME to my sniffspot, so happy to have you here! Please come over and enjoy time with your special pets in my fully fenced, spacious, well kept, quiet and safe backyard. When you book it is just you and your pups, no distractions! Relax on the deck while pup sniffs until hearts content. Don’t forget to bring along some treats to try out the tip-a-treat game!! Hose is back on for the season for some water fun in the kiddie pool or the sprinkler! Also a great place to hold a party for your pup or a puppie play date! Feel free to drop any dog baggies in trash bin at side of the house, I have extras available if needed in the bin on the deck as well as towels, wipes and bubbles! I have temporarily put away the toys and water dish due to the respiratory virus spreading among dogs and hope to bring everything back out by the summer!
