Rosemary's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Bonner Springs

We moved back to the KC area earlier this year and are in the process of turning our new home into a doggy wonderland. Our team of three runs a full time pet care company including doggy daycare, boarding, and drop in visits for all sorts of animal species. As pet care lovers and trainers, we understand the importance of having a private, secure space to work or be with your dog for whatever reason. Our nearly 3 acre backyard is fully fenced, at least our 5 lb chihuahua, daycare dogs, and dozens of sniffspotters have yet to find a way out. While we try our best to maintain our yard, sometimes the grass gets high or there are fallen branches. If grass length is a deal breaker, just ask! We'll let you know if it's gotten high or is freshly mowed. There are two large burn piles we inherited when we moved in. There is also a detached garage with an old chicken coop with a hole in the door in the middle of the yard. We're aware the hole is there, we don't have immediate plans to fix it, and we don't mind if your dog wanders into it. The yard backs up to the highway. It can get a little loud, but it's pretty much white noise to us and our dogs. Aside from the highway, it's generally a quiet spot. There's a large circle drive at the entrance of our property. You can either roll open the large gate and park behind the fence or you can park by the fence and swing open the smaller gate to walk in. Under the carport is a shelf with poo bags, our business cards, grooming wipes, a grooming towel, dog water bowls, and usually some extra tennis balls. Let me me know if anything is missing! There's a trash can by the carport, as well as a waste station halfway down the yard (trash can and additional poo bags). The hose is also by the carport and can be used to fill water bowls or play with. We don't have lighting in the backyard, but can turn on the lights under the carport, should you ever desire. Feel free to move around chairs or table, use the swing, or lay in the hammock. When Sniffspotters are visiting, we keep our dogs inside and we do our best to remain out of view. However, we do have dogs dropped off and picked up throughout the day. Our handoffs occur at our front door and we try our best to not be seen by you or your dogs, but you could see us if you're in the front part of the yard.

My home has a third of an acre- double lot I’ve worked to be a place for my dog and myself to enjoy. Anyone in need of a quiet tucked away place to let their pooch sniff and roll and run and poop is welcome. My dog does not need to be here when you come if your dog is reactive or learning the ropes of socializing. #Waldo #KCMO Really appreciate your help watching your dog while visiting my spot to keep them from walking in/on fenced areas of plants or garden. We are off road in a pasture, which makes for beautiful and serene landscape while letting your pup get some energy out! Fully fenced 1 acre with plenty of toys, shade and sitting areas, both you and your pups are sure to have a great time! For the pups, we have, water, tennis balls, rope pulls, Frisbee and large toy balls! For the humans we have benches on each side of the perimeter, a hammock chair in one corner, a full hammock under a tent in another corner, a swing bench up front and a picnic table with an umbrella in the center! In the storage bin is hand sanitizer, poo bags and band aids as well. Come out and get your steps in while taking in the scenery and watching your pup play with excitement! I live on 4.5 acres and have about 1 acre fully fenced off. You and your pup or pups will be away from other houses and in the country. No city shenanigans. No other animals loose on the property and you have it all to yourself. I have a pup pool and it is K9 friendly, safe, and is 1 foot deep. Just added an automatic tennis ball launcher for the pups and available upon request. Entrance would be down road on Cedar Niles, then left into my driveway that is north of my external shop, and the drive leads you straight to my fenced off area (see map in the photo section). I have signage to guide you in. You can park outside of the 10-foot main gate and walk into my Sniff Spot. Or you can open the main gain, drive in, close the gate, and then let your pup or pups out. Property including entrance to fenced off area monitored and recorded by security cameras (They will alert me when you arrive and leave). As you can see with the pictures, I have a main open play area and then trails going through the thicker/overgrown grass. There is a 55g freshwater barrel and a drink tub for your pup right inside the entry and you can't miss it when you walk in. I have an umbrella set up to get you out of the sun (You can wind it up and down) and chairs to relax on while the pup or pups play. I have a TON of complimentary toys provided and LOTS of tennis balls for you pup or pups if you don’t have any (Please just put them all back). Dog poop baggies provided and at three different areas when you walk in. Trash bucket on-site to throw away dog poop and trash to keep the area clean. I have 150ft of patio lighting and an LED flood light around the main area of the Sniff Spot. The lights are bright and now you can book late evening into sundown, even night visits if you choose. I am in a profession where I can work nights and sleep during the day. My Sniff Spot is open 24/7 and I also cater to the day sleepers and night awake folks. You can book at 2:00am if you choose. The main area of the Sniff Spot is fully lit with the hung patio lights. Pictures are posted. Please clean up after yourself and leave everything as it was. This is very important for the next guests, my Sniff Spot stays VERY busy, and I at times I don't have time to inspect my SS before the next bookings. Don't worry about the weather we have indoor and outdoor space to play. Clean restrooms and snacks available for purchase. We are a doggy daycare and Kitty Cafe but frequently have slow days where we can allow for private play for your dog/dogs.

Fully fenced yard with outside entry. Plenty of toys and woodland creatures to run and play with! Back fence has since been finished to match the height of the rest of the fence.

I have a giant backyard and my sweet dog isn’t much of an outside pup! I hope other pups can enjoy it!
