Welcome to our Sniffspot — a peaceful, approximately 2-acre grassy field surrounded by beautiful mature Florida oak trees, tucked away in the middle of our 18-acre private family farm and residence. This property has been in our family for over 35 years, and we’re excited to share a little piece of it with you and your pups. The designated Sniffspot area offers plenty of wide-open grassy space for dogs to run, sniff, explore, play fetch, or simply enjoy being outside beneath the shade of majestic Florida oaks. 🌳 The Space The approximately 2-acre designated area is a naturally maintained field with a mix of sunny open space and beautiful oak-tree surroundings. Because it sits within our larger 18-acre property, it feels tucked away and private while still being conveniently accessible directly from SR 64. There’s plenty of room for a game of fetch, training and recall practice, leisurely sniffing, or simply letting your pup stretch their legs and enjoy the outdoors away from the activity of a traditional dog park. 💧 Small Pond There is a small natural pond in the corner of the designated Sniffspot area. Like many Florida ponds, the water level varies considerably depending on recent rainfall and the time of year. It is often low and may not be full, particularly during drier periods. Please supervise dogs around the pond and keep changing water conditions in mind during your visit. 🦌 Wildlife Part of the charm of visiting a private Florida farm is sharing the surroundings with our local wildlife. During your visit, you may encounter deer, cranes, or the occasional wild hare, along with birds and other native wildlife that call the property home. Please keep this in mind when deciding whether your pup should be off-leash, particularly if they have a strong prey drive. 🐕 Fencing & Important Safety Information Please be aware that this is not a fully enclosed Sniffspot. Portions of the larger property perimeter on the east and west sides have cattle-style fencing, but this is an older family property and not all fencing is perfect or dog-proof. The designated Sniffspot itself should not be considered securely fenced. There are also neighboring homes along the west side of the main property, with backyards that adjoin the property perimeter. Depending on the day, your dog may occasionally hear or see people, pets, lawn equipment, or other normal residential activity in the distance. For these reasons, this space is best suited for dogs with good recall or owners who are comfortable using a long line when needed. 🌿 A Private Florida Farm Escape Let your pup run, sniff, and explore in a beautiful country setting with plenty of room to roam. Whether you’re looking for space for a game of fetch, some serious sniffing, training time, or simply a peaceful outdoor adventure together, our oak meadow offers a relaxing alternative to neighborhood walks and busy dog parks. 🪧 We’re Continuing to Improve! We’re excited to share this special part of our family property and are actively working on adding additional signage and amenities to make visits even easier and more enjoyable for our guests and their pups. You may notice new features and improvements as we continue developing our Sniffspot. Please stay within the designated Sniffspot area. We understand that the property is beautiful and that curiosity gets the best of all of us! However, the designated Sniffspot area has been carefully selected and set aside for guest use for specific safety, privacy, and property-management reasons. Other areas of the property are private and are not included in your Sniffspot rental, even if they appear open or accessible. Please do not use any other roads, driveways, gates, or access points to enter or leave the property. Please stay within the designated Sniffspot area. We understand that the property is beautiful and that curiosity gets the best of all of us! However, the designated Sniffspot area has been carefully selected and set aside for guest use for specific safety, privacy, and property-management reasons. Other areas of the property are private and are not included in your Sniffspot rental, even if they appear open or accessible. Please enjoy and explore within the designated area only and do not walk, drive, or allow dogs to wander into other areas of the property. We truly appreciate your respect for these boundaries and for our private property. Please pick up after your dog(s). Dispose of all pet waste properly and help us keep the area clean and enjoyable for the next guest. Leave the area as you found it. Please take throw away all trash and personal belongings with you when you leave. 🐾 Park Box Doggie Library — Take One, Leave One! Feel free to check out our Park Box Doggie Library during your visit. If you or your pup finds a ball or toy you’d like to take home, you’re welcome to do so—we just ask that you leave another dog-friendly ball or toy in exchange. This helps keep the box stocked with fun finds for the next four-legged guest! 🐶🎾 Please respect the driveway/roadway. The roadway running through the property is the owners’ private driveway and is not part of the designated Sniffspot area. Please do not use it for walking or exercising your dog. We will do our best to avoid using the driveway during booked times. We want you and your dog(s) to enjoy your reserved time with as few interruptions as possible. However, this is also an active private residence, and emergencies, unexpected circumstances, necessary deliveries, service providers, or other situations may occasionally require the owners, family members, or guests to enter or exit the property during a booking. Please keep dogs under control near the driveway. While we will make every reasonable effort to minimize vehicle traffic during reservations, we cannot guarantee that the driveway will remain completely vehicle-free. For everyone’s safety, please make sure your dog does not approach, follow, or chase vehicles. Please respect all private-property boundaries. Areas outside of the designated Sniffspot space are not included in your reservation and should not be entered by guests or their dogs. Oak & Pond 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard in Parrish

This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). However, we don't allow fishing for the safety of the pets (hooks, etc.). We have never seen any gators on the property although it is always a possibility. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available. Pool/lanai use available as an extra. Out of respect for our neighbors and for the property, we have decided to only host dog visits or dog birthday parties with 5 humans or less in attendance. If you are bringing more than one vehicle please let us know. We want the property to be more of a peaceful, low key place to visit. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. Bring your own towels. :) * Pool and lanai access - as an extra upon request. * Restroom access * Seating for guests throughout the property * Easy parking (grass or driveway) * Quiet, natural environment We are so happy to offer our yard to other dog lovers. We love hosting a place where dogs can just be dogs with no worries in the world! I hope you enjoy the property as much as we do! **************************************** Other Info: The yard is treated regularly for fire ants by a professional fire ant company. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February. A pond filtration system was installed in Feb 2026. The filtration system helps kill harmful bacteria/algae and keeps the pond healthier. Algae blooms are still possible in any pond. We monitor the pond closely for the safety of our pets and yours. Water is tested monthly.
