We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

Fully fenced in back yard. Access through side gate parking on and off street. Chairs and shaded patio with a table. Can be lit at night upon request.

3/4 acre fully fenced with agility equipment and lots of room to run and sniff. There is a kiddie pool and splash pads available for hot days. Shaded seating area. Safe gated parking.

2 - 2.5 acres of fully fenced pasture with lake. 1.3 miles east of I75 and Fruitville.

This oasis is the perfect retreat for visitors from out of town and local’s who are unable to provide their fur baby with a place to run and play. $20/dog/hour for yard usage and $50/dog/hour with pool access. Please add pool access through the “add on’s”. Note that video recording devices are located throughout the property.

Horses, pig and dogs on premises (dogs kept inside, horses in barn while guests are visiting). Small pond with dock available to let your dog swim and practice diving. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. Self-service hose with sprayer, sprinkler to run in, and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.
