IF YOU WANT A SINGLE VISIT AND NOT A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION: When booking for FIRST time, you will be directed to a "Sniffpass membership page". Choose "Free 7 day trial" (you will get a $10 credit). You will need to put your credit card info in. Now book your first visit! Immediately after, go into your account and cancel the subscription. The next time you book, you will still go to the subscription page but you will see a small "skip" button in read on the right of the page. Click on that and proceed to book single visits as usual. Still hurricane recovering but open! We still have some trees down and one part of the path is blocked. Equipment needs a wash and there are still twigs and small limbs littering the park but come on out!!! Proceeds from Satchel's Place benefit local rescues and pet owners suffering financial hardship. Working with local vets, we can provide financial assistance for pets facing "financial euthanasia" because owners cannot afford medical care for their best friend. Five minutes from either the Dade City exit (293, Blanton Rd) or from the north, exit 301 (US98/SR50). Centrally located 35 minutes from Tampa, 45 minutes from Orlando. Over 3 acres, completely fenced. Cleared area with shade for ball playing, wooded paths for walking. Enjoy privacy in a beautiful, natural setting with your pup! Agility equipment on site (recreational use only). Please note, this is a rural setting. Dogs may be heard barking in the background, but they cannot be seen nor can they enter the site. However, for auditorially reactive dogs, please have them remain on leash until they are comfortable. Owner available for communication at any time through the Sniffspot app.

Please do not enter the spot before your appointment time. You may not see anyone in the parking area but there are adjacent areas used for training. Please walk the property with dog on leash prior to removing leash to check for fence integrity. Although this is vacant, wooded land, do not leave litter behind. No alcohol is permitted on the property. As the property is wooded, smoking is strictly prohibited. Video and still camera monitoring in place. Closed toed shoes are highly recommended to avoid stubbed toes and dirty feet!

GPS does not take you to the correct location so please please read my welcome message before pulling into property**** ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Our back yard is huge. We have a front and side fences. We also have several trails thru the woods, all the way to the river. The river is only 5-8mins from our backyard. There's spots to go camping. The water is shallow in most parts to walk across or deep enough to do a cannonball and not hit the ground. We have tons of chairs and tables for some relaxation. We have water dishes, a hoes that can always be turned on if needed. Private parking inside the gate. Some one will always be there just in case there's an emergency or needing to use the restrooms.
