Bring your dogs for a run or a swim. Pool is included under extras for a small fee. The fee helps cover the extra pump cleaning and filter changing as the dog hair especially with long haired dogs makes a big impact. Screened in pool has a accessible doggie door to go in and out as they choose. Humans can take a dip with their furry pals and cool down. Chairs and shade if needed.There is a trampoline if your pet has a wild side, ours do, as well as a tire and rope for chewing or swinging. No fertilizers, pesticides used in the yard or home. Our dog that lives on property takes flea medication monthly.

Play in the back yard or take a hike thru the woods to the river.

Our back yard is huge. We have a front and side fences. We also have several trails thru the woods, all the way to the river. The river is only 5-8mins from our backyard. There's spots to go camping. The water is shallow in most parts to walk across or deep enough to do a cannonball and not hit the ground. We have tons of chairs and tables for some relaxation. We have water dishes, a hoes that can always be turned on if needed. Private parking inside the gate. Some one will always be there just in case there's an emergency or needing to use the restrooms.

There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property. You will need to put your credit card info in. Now book your first visit! Immediately after, go into your account and cancel the subscription. We're a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural area off of 39 in Zephyrhills. The area is bustling with farm life. We have some areas that are sunny and some that are shaded. It's relatively quiet, but does have moments of farm activity. Some of the wildlife that you may see in the area are: Sandhill Cranes, Red Cardinals, Bluejays, Catbirds, Pileated Woodpeckers, Eastern Gray Squirrels, Black Vultures, and Red Shoulder Hawks. Some of the farm life you may see/hear: horses, chickens, emus, peacocks, goats, pigs, donkeys, feral cats, and cows. We have folding chairs, a porch swing, and a tree swing available to you to relax in. We offer fresh water and a bowl for your dog, if needed. And we have a small trash bucket available.
