16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. There is a low water trough your baby can drink water from. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live in the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Proceeds from Satchel's Place benefit local rescues and pet owners suffering financial hardship. Working with local vets, we can provide financial assistance for pets facing "financial euthanasia" because owners cannot afford medical care for their best friend. Five minutes from either the Dade City exit (293, Blanton Rd) or from the north, exit 301 (US98/SR50). Centrally located 35 minutes from Tampa, 45 minutes from Orlando. Over 3 acres, completely fenced. Cleared area with shade for ball playing, wooded paths for walking. Enjoy privacy in a beautiful, natural setting with your pup! Agility equipment on site (recreational use only). Please note, this is a rural setting. Dogs may be heard barking in the background, but they cannot be seen nor can they enter the site. Hi there! And welcome to my yard! I appreciate you for checking us out! We want you to feel at home here. We are located in Epperson right across the street from the Lagoon. The neighborhood is very active and safe. In my option it is the best of both worlds, you can stay in my yard if you’re wanting privacy and peace. Or if you’re wanting your dog to socialize you can leave the yard and take your pup for a walk and come across other dogs being walked as well! If you book with me, you will have the right to your privacy, unless specified otherwise on your behalf. I will provide: cold drinks for dog and owner (upon request) poop bags shaded area, table and chairs for sitting when you’re needing a break from the sun. Wi-Fi is also available upon request.
