Jo's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In South/Central Austin

Our house is on a corner lot with a sizable metal fence. Plenty of street parking, along with a yard that is shaded in different parts throughout the day. We have a screened in back patio for dog owners use only (please no dogs in the patio area) with a fan, comfortable seating, TV and wifi access. We provide toys, doggie pool (in the summer), poop bags, water, etc. Let us know if you have any special requests and we'll do our best to accommodate them!

Come check out our backyard — a spacious, peaceful spot that’s perfect for your furry companion! 🐾 We have over an acre of lush green grass and plenty of shady trees, giving dogs lots of room to run, decompress, and explore at their own pace. The land is fully fenced with a privacy-style fence, offering visual separation and a sense of security that many reactive or easily overstimulated dogs benefit from. While there are neighbors nearby, there is no sidewalk running directly along the fence, and foot traffic is minimal. For visitors, we provide chairs for humans, and for dogs we offer kiddie pools, hoses, and sprinklers for extra fun and cooling off on warm days. Please note, no more than 4 people on the property per booking. There is an ADDITIONAL FEE for dogs to swim as well as an ADDITIONAL FEE for mom+/dad to swim with them. And please be aware of communication thru the app as it’s imperative to facilitate interactions and the lay of the land. If you don’t respond before your booking, we may cancel your reservation. (I’m sure you can see with this info that there are MANY that don’t respond and don’t participate in the rules) With that said, Welcome to our home! We are on .55 acres and plenty for your fur babies to sniff. We also have a pool they can utilize for an ADDITIONAL COST and a seating area for you moms and dads to hang out. Just please make sure your pets do not get on the furniture. The deck has a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv to enjoy a show or music. Help yourself to our coffee bar during the winter! (Hot tub not available for use)

No neighboring yards have dogs, and no neighbors spend much time in their yards, so there's lots of privacy. The back yard is fully fenced. Please close the gate when you enter and exit.

Perfect for dogs that can’t be around other dogs. About 8 acres of fields with paths to explore. A few open areas for games of fetch. Additional few acres of raw woods (with a sometimes creek). Working on clearing a path through the woods, but feel free to explore. Large shaded tree for picnics. The whole area is fenced, but for neighbor’s cattle, it won’t contain a determined dog. The majority of the land is left natural, be aware of snakes especially off the paths. Park anywhere on the driveway And have fun!

North Shoal Creek Fully Fenced Yard W/ Swimming Pool

Fully-fenced yard with swimming pool! Yard backs up to Shoal Creek (dry except after rains) with iron fence in back for lots of great views and sniffs of nature. We have lots of shade - large trees plus a covered seating area. Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.
