35I come here quite often and I love coming here, but i came the other day and there was a black dog that approached us. Wasn’t sure where he came from but he was a nice dog, was afraid to approach me though. So anyone with reactive dogs coming here, just kinda watch out for the random dogs! Other than that love coming here.
55Awsome open field to roam around in and throw a ball! Just watch out for the scattered small cactus. We loved it and had a great time! Will be back again! Was great for my city dog to get out and stretch his legs and run around.
45I like the location but I wish there was a more obvious way to find the sandy area. Each time I have come here I can't find a trail to it. Also it would be nice to have a place to throw poop away and to sit.

35We’ve gone here a few times. The first time was so fun and perfect. This time, there is someone living in an RV with dogs there. The listing states no dogs around so we purposefully booked this place for our reactive dog. The people stayed in their RV with the dogs but they barked most of the time and that was very upsetting to our reactive dog. Plus we felt like we needed to constantly watch to ensure no dogs came out.

They also had a dog, but she was kind enough to put her dog in the RV and i parked farther away from her so my dogs could play. The owners dont seem to respond but Id like to know if this place is also for campers as well. Still a fun place to go but was surprised to see someone else there.

25Our second visit to this Sniffspot was cut very short (we only stayed about 5 minutes) when one of the large black dogs from the neighboring property crossed the fence line and approached my dogs. The other dog remained on the adjoining property, but I was was a bit uncomfortable with 2 strange dogs that were each likely near 100 pounds. Probably will not be back, unfortunately.

Rip's Romper Room is conveniently located just 7.5 miles from Hwy 24 on Judge Orr Rd in Falcon, CO.

Please do not go past the electrical boxes on the south end. That is the property line. Do not approach the area around the barn. That is our private residence.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    Awsome open field to roam around in and throw a ball! Just watch out for the scattered small cactus. We loved it and had a great time! Will be back again! Was great for my city dog to get out and stretch his legs and run around.

I have two small kiddy pools that can be filled up if wanted along with a sprinkler. There is a dog bowl for water, hammocks to hangout in while you hangout with your pup and plenty of chairs ! It's not the prettiest place to hangout, but it can be a good time ! My front yard is also fully fenced in, if you'd like that for training or just to hangout in, just let me know. I do have 2 dogs inside that may bark, but they will stay inside. I hope to see you and your pup here soon !
