I would love to share my big, beautiful backyard with other dogs and the people who love them! I have a new fence that is completely secure -- my two curious chihuahua mixes are capable of finding any holes or openings no matter how small, so rest assured that your dogs will stay safe inside once the gate is closed. The fence is 6 feet high, so your dogs won't be able to see into neighbors' yards or the road, although they may get glimpses of my dogs through the sliding glass doors into my home. There are LOTS of smells to sniff, places to explore, and trees to pee on. I have automatic solar-powered string lights throughout the backyard, so if you want to come by after dark, your visit will still be completely illuminated. While your dogs zoom and play, feel free to relax in the hammock or get some work done at the picnic table. This backyard is the perfect place to spend an afternoon!

I’m an engineer who’s borderline obsessive about my lawn, and I’ve put a ton of effort into creating the softest, most lush grass you can grow in Texas. It’s a seasonal blend of perennial ryegrass and Zeon Zoysia in the winter, transitioning to pure Zeon Zoysia in the summer, meaning it stays thick, green, and incredibly comfortable year-round. The yard is fully fenced, giving your dog plenty of room to run freely and safely. There’s ample space for fetch (balls provided), zoomies, or just stretching out in the sun. Massive oak trees provide beautiful shade throughout the day, so it stays cool even in the Texas heat. And honestly, this is the only Sniffspot in Austin that’s truly picnic-worthy. Bring a blanket, hang out, and enjoy the space with your dog.

There is a spacious deck with an umbrella, a fan, and a plenty of seating. We recommend you drive all the way down the driveway for the best access to the large pond and trails through the woods. Off the driveway there are trails through the ravines, and up on the front is some nice pasture to explore. Fully fenced and safe! Come enjoy the sights and smells.
