Beautiful spot in the country but not too far away from the cities, horses roam in the pasture behind the fence where we have rolling hills. There is shaded areas and lots of flat land with short grass all natural no chemicals here. There are a couple apple trees on the property, we do have a bathroom if we are home. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.
