Our centerpiece is a commercial -sized pool, featuring a waterfall, a diving board for the brave pups, and a dedicated lounge area. Please note(Warm weather Pool Access): To maintain the highest standards of water quality and safety, the pool is now a premium add-on feature. ***The pool is currently closed, due to the storm and the pool needing extra clean up and maintenance.*** Why the extra fee? Doggy paddles are fun, but they require significantly more maintenance, specialized cleaning, and a higher balance of skin-safe chemicals to keep the water pristine for everyone. Humans are also allowed in the pool. Speaker, snorkeling masks with a phone waterproof case (for your memories under the water), water guns are free for use. We offer the barbecue grill with gas and the solar hot showers shower for dogs and people, Italian espresso coffee, iced coffee as additional to be charged extra. Brings your own cooler, drinks, food for free. We encourage night hours with pool with light on, feels very good!! Update Oct 2026: We are closed most of October to let grass die, scalp and over seed for winter. Please check back in Nov for winter grass play! Fully fenced, lush green lawn, fenced pool (open May to Oct) for your pup to play off leash! Toys, poop bags and water provided. Comfortable couch for humans and pups to lounge on. Shade available. Pool is open from May to October. Pool fence has been REMOVED as of June 13, 2026. Keep in mind the pool is only for the dogs. If you need to get in for a minute to help your dog that is fine, but otherwise no humans swimming. There are two Adirondack chairs for humans to sit on and play with their dog. Those who do not follow these rules will not get a 5 star reviews or be allowed to book again. There are websites you can book pools through for human use. Thank you for understanding. *Video surveillance on site. GATE ENTRANCE is to the LEFT/EAST of the front door, you can not view the gate from the road. The RV gate remains locked. Details for entrance will be sent 1 hour prior to your first visit. AlL dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting the property!
