The 50 acres is mostly timber, with a 7 acre pond that has water in it most of the year. It will dry up on really hot years. I do have chickens and pack goats by the house. But they are inside mesh fencing, so your dogs won’t be able to get to them. The 50 acres is completely fenced with a 3 to 5 strand Barbwire fence. It’s in good shape. It is also the property boundary. So as long as you stay inside of the fence, you will be on the property. There are not a lot of neighbors but the ones I have are nice. When you come up the driveway, you can pass the house and drive up on the hill and Park at the conex container. There is lots of wildlife on the property, and I highly recommend that your dog has some sort of tick repellent, we do have ticks in the spring time. The upper part of the driveway is not graveled, so if there’s melting snow, or a lot of ran, it can get muddy. So be prepared for that. We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a marked trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. When there is hot weather, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool we have at the greeting area. During the winter, the trails are not shoveled, so please dress appropriately.

Top Dog Vistas has 4 acres of fully fenced trails for you and your dog to enjoy. (All dogs must be on leash for the first 300 feet from the parking lot to the gate.) This hike is not for everyone as it climbs 200 feet in about 1/4 mile. Once you get up the hill there are awesome views and rest stations scattered along the trails that are cut through the trees and brush. The total distance if you wander all of the trails at the top of the hill is about one mile.

This dedicated park is over 700 feet from our house (and down a private drive over 3000ft from fruithill). The park is designed to be a private setting for your visit- You will independently access the park and will not be interrupted- Have fun in this .5 acre 6ft fully fenced dedicated dog park near scenic Arbor Crest Winery in the Spokane valley. Your furry friends can enjoy our dog friendly Chuckie cheese play equipment, dig in a large sand box, enjoy a game of fetch in the grassy area, or run around sniffing until their hearts content. Take advantage of the photo opportunities for you and your dog in this dedicated park. Some toys are provided Kiddie pool is ready to be used ( please fill and empty when your visit is done) Running water is available to spray your pup or provide drinking water- Please scan the park before you leave- we are finding uncollected poop- we provide bags all around the park so please use them to collect any droppings- it is unfair to any guests following your visit so please pick up after your pet-

My fenced backyard is a large grassy area for your dog(s) to run and play. There is a table with 6 chairs for you and your guests; and a basket of dog toys (balls and frisbees). Feel free to fill the small pool or use the sprinkler by the hose.

15 acres of forest wetland just outside the Cheney area. Lots of trees, long grass and occasionally some ponds depending on the time of year. we have no fences unfortunately but plenty of space for your four-legged friends to enjoy. I have noted some areas to avoid in the photos for your pets safety but otherwise you have the rest of the space to explore. Please be aware we do have ticks in the spring and it can get muddy. There’s a trashcan at the end of the driveway that you can make use of. During hot weather, I will be sure to provide a water bowl and water near the parking area for you.

Have fun in this fully fenced, flat, partially mowed, partially shaded, quiet Sniffspot! Your pup can enjoy the parkour equipment or run around sniffing to their heart's content in our all-natural setting. Perhaps your pup would like to play with toys? We've got that too! A whole toy box of all kinds of toys and treats are on hand. Take advantage of the photo booth and other photo opportunities because we can never have enough photos of our pups. And when your pup is tired, there is a cooling mat and elevated bed to rest. You too can sit and enjoy watching your pup live his/her life to the fullest!

2.5 acres, fully secure fenced. Relatively level spacious land to run and play! Plenty of parking, a box full of all kinds of toys, treats and poop bags on every fence side! Gazebo with misters. Private walk in gate and if you have multiple dogs, feel free to drive in thru the big gate to let your dogs out securely. Water is available. Kiddie pool and dog sprinkler. Misters on the gazebo and clean bowls. We've added a couple of agility activities now. Very simple. Feel free to move them around to whatever suits your needs. Please put any used toys and dog bowls into the provided box when you are done. We clean between guests and I disinfect and wash all items before returning them to the toybox.
