We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio, which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have dog treats available on the patio. We have a chilly pad, numerous water bowls and retrieivng toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *Do not allow your dog(s) to bark excessively or at our neighbors, we have to live here when you leave 😉 *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. Entry to the yard is through the gated door on the right side of the house, clearly marked with a Sniffspot sign. Our yard offers plenty of spaces for dogs of all sizes to roam freely and safely. Whether your dog loves to zoom, sniff every corner, or just relax in the sun, this is the spot! 🏃‍♂️🐕 We’ve also added some fun dog agility equipment, including hoop jumps and weave poles – great for active pups or training practice. For pet parents, there’s a cozy outdoor couch where you can kick back and unwind while your dog plays. We’ve stocked a black storage box with all the essentials: 🐾 Treats 💩 Poop bags 💧 Water bowls (small and large) 🎾 Dog toys 🗑️ Trash can and 💦 water source are located to the left of the steps. • To turn on the water, twist the handle counterclockwise, and turn clockwise to shut it off. • To get the water flowing, just pull the trigger foward on the nozzle. After a good rain the yard is full of fun puddles and can be muddy. So much fun for the pups! There are a couple of chairs in the yard and plenty of street parking.
