With lots of open space to explore, it’s the perfect place for zoomies, fetch, or simply relaxing in a private yard. 🦴 What’s Included 🌳 Large double lot with plenty of room to explore 🧺 Picnic table for you to relax 🎾 Dog toys 🦴 Complimentary dog treats 💧 Fresh water and a water bowl 💩 Poop bags provided ⚠️ A Few Things to Know if you choose to bring your furry friend here 🚪 Please make sure all 5 gates are securely closed before letting your dog off leash. 🧍We may enter/leave gates 1 & 3 on occasion but are all dog friendly. 🐀 Like anywhere in the city, rats may be present. We have active pest-control measures in place. Rat traps and bait boxes are either behind fencing or under secured crates. Enjoyed by our dogs for 15 years, our yard is a good size for zoomies, grass naps, and squirrel & bird watching. We have a table with comfy chairs and a kiddie pool. A crate of our guardian angel’s toys await your pooch. The neighbors on each side are dog free. You can spend time without a barking contest ensuing.

This SniffSpot features a massive swimming pool perfect for dock diving, water play, and cooling off during hot Chicago days. While this is not The K9 Corridor’s full facility, it’s an exclusive extension of our commitment to dog enrichment, safe fun, & structured playtime. You can think of it as a mini oasis developed by the same folks you know & trust – PupStars & TKC. Come splash, sniff, & explore – just don’t expect a full-service campus (yet!).

We LOVE sharing our space with multiple dogs from the community however, it is hard on the grass. To decrease traffic we have increased our pricing because the grass is struggling with wear/tear. If you have a history of using our yard we want your dog to still get to come play! So please send a message & we will send you a discount code. We just need to start planning for planting grass etc. With the fluctuation in weather please be aware: If outdoor parks are wet and muddy ~ areas of our yard will be also. We cannot control the effects of rain. Please always use the provided carabiner to lock the gate as pictured after you and your dog(s) enter. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot.

Welcome to our Brookfield backyard! This fully fenced space is perfect for dogs who just want to sniff, explore, chase a ball, or enjoy some off-leash freedom without the crowds. The yard has plenty of room for zoomies, mature trees for shade, and seating so you can relax while your pup does their thing. Whether you have a reactive dog, a puppy learning recall, or just want a chill place to play, we'd love to host you.

Lacey's Fun Fully Fenced Yard in Evanston

Come thru the alley and park near entrance gate with signage. You and your pups will have full access of our inviting yard from walking trails around the perimeter to open space for frolicking, sniffing, and exploring the changes of the growing seasons! The only area off limits is the top porch (a gate is coming). We appreciate your prompt removal of any dog elimination (place bag in the black garbage can in the alley). We appreciate any feedback to make your engagement in our yard safe and fun. Enjoy our beautiful yard!

Urban Retreat

Our yard is a longer more narrow yard which allows the dogs a little more distance for their runs. There is landscape bordering the fence and a garden in the front of the yard next to a yoga studio. There are areas to explore and areas for both dog and owner to relax, and a secure dog run that can be used for training. There is some agility equipment, a small plastic pool, as well as a sandbox and a deck with a roof in the dog run to help keep the dogs cool on a hot day. Water(hose), dog bowl(s), toys and towel(s) to dry the dogs off will be provided.

Cholula's Backyard

Cholula is a 5 year old GSP rescue who knows the value of play as she has had reactivity issues in the past (although she’s worked past most of those issues :) We understand the difficulty of these issues and she’s excited to share her space with you! Come spend time in a flowery private space with a kiddie pool, small agility set, toys and fresh water bowl.

Bears Den

Fully fenced yard, dog toys, treats and Water available for dogs and chairs, table, with facilities to dispose of waste. Dog disposal bags available with trash can. Speakers everything you would need for a safe and enjoyable experience

Payton's Playground

Payton’s playground is a spot where you can spend personal time with your dog by yourself without having to worry about others intruding in on your play session. We have agility equipment, pools, ramps, weaving poles, water bowls and more available at your disposal. It’s a great environment to be in & is directly adjacent to one of the best doggy daycares in Chicago, PupStars Pet Care.
