55Exactly what we were looking for! My dog loved the water access and had a great time swimming.
55Had a nice visit with my reactive pup. Kept him on a long lead to be safe because the cars do go by quite fast at the road. Hoped he would swim, but he just waded in a bit. There were some nice chairs to sit by the water and a trash can handy for poop bags. The parking was not marked so I hope I parked in the correct spot, but I figured someone would tell me to move if needed. Area is small, but accurately described and we had a nice time - would go back again.

55Perfect spot for the dogs to swim! Private area with no people and minimal traffic, though the road was close it was not a concern for me. Dogs absolutely loved the area, water was great. There was some goose feces (part of being on water) but my dogs don’t bother with it. Will definitely be coming back!

55Give instructions to cross road for swimming and playing was uncertain if you were allowed to play in the yard where your home is. I picked up 1 of my dogs accidents, but their were many poops left. Water was nice…..
55My dog had so much fun! What a great spot to swim at! The road it is next too is not too busy but you definitely need to have your dog on a leash or have excellent recall!
55I didn't end up using the spot as geese were hanging out and my dog has a thing for their poop. Not their fault as you can't stop those hoards once they show up. If they hadn't I'm sure she would have loved playing there.
35I didn’t actually use this park. I had some difficulty locating the parking area, even though there were directions listed. I was ill-equipped, as I generally have my dog on an e-collar for all off-leash adventures, and I couldn’t find the remote. Since this park was close to the road, I did not trust my dog to be off leash. The water feature is across the road, which was not what I was expecting either. The area looked well kept, with lots of toys and activities though. Under better circumstances, on my part, I would have used the area.

Our property has a nice wooded trail with a main loop that is about 3/4 of a mile with a few other smaller trails that can make the total trail system right around a mile. There's a good mix of terrain with a few hills totaling around 70 feet of elevation in a mile. Private parking area right off the road and it's just a very peaceful walk through the woods.
