Host Rules
Watch your dog so they don’t get into or out of something they shouldn’t. Be kind, courteous and quiet for our sake and our neighbors sake as this is a quiet area. Poo, you guessed it goes in the scooper by the tree. We’ll take care of the rest. The neighbor’s dogs are out occasionally and you dog is required to be behave otherwise you must leave.

Our property has a nice wooded trail with a main loop that is about 3/4 of a mile with a few other smaller trails that can make the total trail system right around a mile. There's a good mix of terrain with a few hills totaling around 70 feet of elevation in a mile. Private parking area right off the road and it's just a very peaceful walk through the woods.

Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away while running in his sleep on July 25, 2025. He enjoyed his field with family dogs his entire life. He was the last one as I am at an age now where I probably won't be getting another dog; so, I want others to enjoy the land. After the first freeze, I drain the interior pipes and hot water heater to the wash stall inside the barn, there is however a 12-month frost free outdoor fountain on the back side of the barn by the woods with a water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about .4 miles for a walk / run around the inside of the perimeter of the five acre field (.2 miles if you cut through the middle to avoid the little hill on the side next to the houses on the road).
