The yard is full of sticks and fun smells and offers plenty of sun and relaxation for you. Take a load off in our hammock, lounge in an Adirondack, and give your pup a treat from our Sniffspot goody box! Fresh water and water bowl are always available and there's a small trash can available for your disposal needs. -- 4/6/26 -- I just added a pet portrait (with just your dog or you with your dog) option to our extras! This yard has always been a special place for our family. Our dog loved racing through the grass here, full of energy and joy. After saying goodbye, my wife and I wanted to open the space to other dogs so they could enjoy it just as much as he did. Our large, fully fenced yard offers plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore safely. The 7-foot wooden fence keeps everything secure, perfect for off-leash play or reactive pups who need a little extra space. The yard features lush grass with mulch beds beneath mature trees, giving your dog both open sunshine and cool shade to enjoy. There’s a seating area with table and chairs, balls for playtime, and access to a hose and electrical outlet for your convenience. Off-street parking makes arrival easy and stress-free. Set in a quiet suburban neighborhood, just a short drive from Alexandria, Arlington and Washington DC. This is a peaceful spot to unwind, train, be off-leash and let your dog be a dog. We hope your pup feels right at home here. In the fall the yard gets covered in leaves. I do my best to keep them tidy, but they seem to have their own plans. Gate entrance to the backyard is to the left of the driveway- Bring your pup to enjoy our peaceful, private yard for sniffing, zoomies, or lounging in the sun! Spacious 1/4 acre partially enclosed with privacy fencing, chain link, and wood. Height is approximately 3 3/4’- 4’ which contains most pups though some may scale it at the lowest points. There should be no gaps! Enjoy the toy rope hanging from the maple tree. Feel free to adjust height using the chain above the toy. There are also toys and treats in the bin on the back deck. When put up-the hammock, tables, and chairs are yours to enjoy! I will place seats in the yard sometimes if guests are more comfortable slightly distanced from the house. SPECIAL DEAL! The yard is fully fenced at approximately 3¾ to 4 feet high, designed to be a secure "sniffing oasis" where your pup can enjoy off-leash freedom! Key Features & Amenities Doggy Play Zone: A large yard perfect for sniffing and playing! Relaxation for Humans: Guests can take advantage of the fire pit, tables, and garden chairs. The host often places seating throughout the yard so you can comfortably supervise your pup from a distance. Hydration: An outdoor water faucet and fresh bowls are provided to keep your dog hydrated during their zoomies. Safe & Private: To ensure a stress-free experience, there is a 30-minute buffer between bookings, meaning you’ll never have to worry about running into other dogs or people during your session. Overall, it is fairly flat and dogs love to 𝙧𝙪𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 not to mention all the great sniffing potential. There are open areas for dogs to stretch their legs and chase each other and flowers, shade and seating for their human companion(s). There is a 𝙢𝙖𝙣-𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 (more detail below) in the back that depending on rainfall, may be running full or just at a trickle. It is ideal for your pup to explore and cool off in. The yard offers plenty of great 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙩 opportunities to take tons of pictures throughout the various seasons. 🦋 The yard is a 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙃𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩®, we are trying to help nature where and when we can. The flower beds have been designed for local critters - birds, turtles, pollinators, etc so absolutely no killing of any bees, butterflies, spiders, turtles, snakes, birds or other wildlife you may find. It also means you will likely encounter gnats, mosquitos and possibly ticks - all great bird food but not so nice for us humans and our pups. So please be sure your pup is current on their preventatives. We do provide bug spray for you to use - just be sure to use in the lawn and not near any of the flower beds. In the summer months grass may get a little taller to help out the fireflies. If you can, take a cool pic to share - we'd love to see it. 💉𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦: To help ensure a safe environment for visiting pups and our own, guests will need to provide current 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 for rabies and DHPP (distemper, parvo, etc) for EACH dog visiting. Each dog visiting must have received their full round of puppy vaccines AND must be at least 5 months old. If you have questions, feel free to reach out. Once on file, you are good to go until their renewal date. If the vaccination info is not received 1 hour prior to your start time, your reservation will be cancelled. If you have questions, feel free to reach out. 📆𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 & 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 - During the summer months we typically setup for 1 hour appointments. If you are interested in an appointment longer than 1 hour, please reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate. 💧 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠 - This is a man-made stream that typically runs in the warmer months and is initially filled with either city water or rainfall. That said, Mother Nature adds to it, so we do recommend your pup have his/her 𝙇𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙤 vaccine. The stream is usually shutdown or just a trickle in the winter months with some water remaining at the end to help support the frogs overwinter. Please do not allow digging or rough play in the stream - we want to keep it in good shape for all our guests to enjoy and avoid costly repairs. If it is important to your visit that the stream is running and at what level (full/trickle) please reach out to the Host to check its status. 🐕 𝗗𝗢𝗚 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧 - Our site is set for a 5 dog limit. If you would like to bring additional dogs, please send a message. The request will be considered on a case by case basis. If you want a key date/time, I recommend securing it with a reservation for one dog and then updating the reservation once we have talked. 🐶 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢𝗚𝗦 - There are some spots at the bottom of the fence a small dog (cat size) might be able to get under - they are meant for our cats and other wildlife. If you are bringing a small dog, let me know and we can block the openings ahead of time. 🚗 𝗩𝗘𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧- 𝑴𝒂𝒙𝒊𝒎𝒖𝒎 𝒐𝒇 2 vehicles per reservation. If a 3rd vehicle will be brought, please select and add "Extra F - Extra Vehicle" to your reservation and send us a note so we can make sure there is sufficient space. 👶 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗡 - Children under 18 are to be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for any and all damage their child causes. ✨𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗦 - Extras will change depending on the season. Recent high winds caused a neighbor's tree to fall into our yard, the fence is temporary patched waiting for new panel, the tree is still in yard. Due to the cold weather, the water hose has been shut off. Please let us know if you require fresh water. ***Please pick up after your pups so the yard stays clean and safe for your pup and other pups. Thank you. Doggie bags and trash can on site.*** Around 1.5 acres of fully fenced yard in Vienna. Half the yard is an open sunny field, the other half is shaded under tall trees. Huge patio, partially under deck for cover. Watering hose, water bowl, doggie bags, trash can on site. Please contact us for big events, gatherings or meet ups. There's a toy bin with dog toys, feel free to use them but please put toys back into the bin afterwards.

Tysons: 0.4 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard In Vienna

One of the biggest yards in the area!! A .4 acre flat yard in Tysons with lush green grass and a six foot wooden privacy fence fully surrounding it (with a private entrance) awaits you! Two benches are outside for your comfort, with plenty of shade, while your fur baby enjoys the sunshine. No more scouring for parking and worrying about damage to your car: easily park right in front or on our quiet cul de sac! Be the only guest or enjoy with a friend: Either way, no stressing about big or aggressive dogs possibly hurting yours. Relax and enjoy! Note: Two max people per dog, please, unless you elect to add extra visitors at an extra cost. Limited foot traffic keeps the grass nice for everyone.
