Please contact us for big events, gatherings or meet ups. There's a toy bin with dog toys, feel free to use them but please put toys back into the bin afterwards.

The main address is for the house that is actually in a neighborhood. This spot is just off Clifton Road at the big blue barn. Do not go to the house.. The fenced in area is the right side of the barn when you pull in the driveway.

Large enclosed backyard in Falls Church

We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include a dog jump, a small dog tunnel, and furniture on the lower deck for you to sit down. There usually are a number of my dog's toys laying around (frisbees, balls, and ropes), which you are free to use while you are here. Please leave them in the yard on your way out though. We've had quite a bit of our stuff disappear over the years.

But also there is free street parking. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a faucet under the deck and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHILE ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS. Large Fenced Yard Near Seven Corners

A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Jason's 1.5 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Play area In Woodbine Woods, Manassas historic district

A good half mile from Route 234 (Dumfries Road) in the Woodbine Woods region of the Manassas historic District, the lot has over a quarter acre of open yard, light but old growth woods and a small stream just past the woodline. The forest offers deer, squirrels, foxes and a wide variety of birds (I believe i saw a mated pair of Kestrels). Some neighbors have dogs (there are two cats in my house that live in the windows to watch the outside world) and there is a highly qualified professional Dog Trainer in the area (details available on request).
