Pablo & Roxi loved it. Plenty of room to play chuck-it, and plenty of shade if needed. Mom & Dad loved that the pups were able to get in a good workout, and that made for a great nights sleep ;-)

Wow!!! The yard is so incredibly beautiful and extremely spacious. Our two boys had so much fun playing, running, sniffing, and exploring. There are open areas, wooded areas, a trail to walk that goes around this large property, a spot with a kiddie pool, hose, treats, etc… The host was also super sweet and very accommodating. There are some chickens but they are securely fenced in. Loved hearing the rooster crow!

This was the best Sniffspot! There was so much room for my boys to run around. It's very woodsy so there were lots of spots for them to sniff and chase eachother. We will definitely be back

Hi! We are the Mounts Family. We have a few acres in Cocoa to let your dogs roam free. It is fenced in. We have chickens on property but they are fenced and contained in their own area. The property does have trees and brush but many trails for your dog to enjoy.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Property is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
