This very private 3 acre lot is located in a quiet residential homestead style area with no direct neighbors in sight. There is a pond, wooded trails, campfire area, picnic table, grassy area, dirt area, and long quiet dirt road for a secluded walk with your dog. Great for outdoor adventurers that wish to have a private place for their dog to roam free, play fetch, or just relax and explore. We do live on property with our own set of animals that will all be secured during your visit. We provide fresh bottled water upon request or there are multiple hoses around for drinking, as well as filled water bowls. There are no pesticides used on anything in the entire lot or surrounding lots.

2+ acres to let your dog run and play. Bring ball to throw, plenty of room!! After rain there is water in yard for splashing through. Pool is available for you to swim with your dog. Hose to rinse your dog off before entering pool( if dirty) or after running in mud. Seating area for you around pool and on patio out of sun if needed. Please do not allow pets on furniture. Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field/complex located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a safe, private use, dog park alternative where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash while in the company of their people, only, while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use sessions combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well privacy screening along Club fencing, are all designed to ensure minimal to no encounters with others dogs or people. Private use/sessions are limited to maximum of *3 registered dogs and 3 guests from SAME household per session. Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/sessions with unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and amongst dogs from different households is NOT permitted. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered, not guaranteed, by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. We welcome members and non-members alike. We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.
