Description

2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Cocoa Florida. There are 3 areas that are all individually fenced at the back of the property. Parking is available to the east of the house. Area #1 Dogos: adjacent to the pool area and includes patio deck and seating can access from Garden area #2. Area #2 Garden: Has plants and flowers, fire pit with swing chairs and hammock, swing from tree, dig zone/ neutral zone enclosure with shade, dogo stick collection, water hose. Area # 3 Goat Zone: This area is for our livestock of goats and pigs and the largest of the 3 spaces. It is where the barn is located. Livestock will be put away so that Dogos can zoom freely. This area can be accessed from the Garden area #2 or the main Gate. The front of the property is not fenced and dogs must be on leash to access that area.

Please Read the rules before booking. Please follow the Rules to ensure your experience is exceptional. • Do Not Open Animal enclosures in the barn. • Cameras are on the property. • Bathroom is available, you will need to contact the hostess for access. • No smoking on the property for the safety of the animals. • Please follow the signs. • If you do not wish to meet the host or hostess you may express so in your booking. • 1 hour notice is needed to put away animals in Area # 3 Goat zone. • Please note that farm animals do poop in area # 3 Goat Zone and is not picked up. If you have more questions about this you may contact the hostess. • Muddy Areas. There is a standing tub bath area provided and towels to wash and dry dogs if needed. • There are 2 out door Cats. Please do not pet or chase or allow dogs or children to chase them. They like their lifestyle, we respect them, we ask that you do the same. • Parking spots are provided and have signs, please use only the assigned parking spaces provided. If there are not enough contact the hostess and she will assist you swiftly. • Dog poop does not need to be collected in area #3 Goat Zone. • Dog poop does need to be collected in areas #1 Dogos, #2 Garden and the front of the property. • Pond is not for swimming! There maybe Alligators. • Dogs mush be on leashes to walk the front of the property that is not fenced. • Dogs must be on leashes from car to designated fenced areas. • Poop bags and trash cans are provided. • If your dog shows aggression to the livestock animals that are in the barn, in area #3 Goat Zone, you may take them back to areas #1 and #2 for running and play. Please do not allow them to attempt to enter livestock enclosures. Don’t know what to do? call the hostess, she will happily help.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.
