Welcome to upDog Pet Services, LLC Tucked away in Cocoa, FL (Space Coast), our private, secure, and quiet 1 acre mostly natural yard is your dog’s personal playground—without the stress of a busy dog park. What we offer: •Fully fenced yard: 6' privacy/chain link mix, so your pup can roam off-leash and burn energy safely. Interior chain link yard off limits. •Mixed terrain: shady trees + sunny grass + natural smells = sniff heaven. •Water station & hose for post-play rinse (for pups who love to dig *please no digging in the grassy areas* or run in grass). •Free parking & easy access (no city-lot chaos). •Keeper-on-site (that’s me!) to oversee safety, clean up, and welcome you in if needed. •Bonus: if your dog is nervous or reactive, we offer a solo booking (just your dog) for a peaceful experience. Friendly owner note: As a certified dog trainer through the Karen Pryor Academy (also an IAABC member) I understand how important safe, calm play is. I monitor for your dog’s well-being and it is my priority. Camera surveillance on property, please take note upon entry. Whether your pup needs a zoom-around session or some quiet sniff time away from other dogs, this space is designed for fun, freedom, and comfort. Bring your treats, bring your toy, and let your dog do what dogs do best: sniff, explore, run, and reset. Spots are limited due to ongoing boarding and daycare offered throughout the week. ✅ General Etiquette • By appointment only — please arrive and leave within your booked time slot so the next guest can enjoy their visit. • One household at a time unless you’ve coordinated a group visit with permission. • Keep the gate closed and latched at all times — safety first! • Pick up after your dog. Waste bags, a scoop and a bin are provided. ⸻ 🐶 Dog Guidelines • Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and in good health. • Supervise your dog at all times. Even the best dogs can get curious! • No excessive digging or fence jumping, please. (We know dogs will be dogs — just redirect if they get overzealous.) No digging in grassy areas. Dogs may dig towards back of property amongst the mulch and trees. • No aggressive behavior toward people or other dogs. If your dog is reactive, no worries — just book a solo session so they can relax in peace. ⸻ ☀️ Comfort & Cleanliness • Water and rinse hose are available — please help keep things tidy for the next guest. • If it’s muddy or raining, feel free to bring a towel for post-play cleanup. • Human seating area is provided; please be respectful of the space and take all personal items with you. There is a small table but no canopy or umbrella shading. ⸻ 🚗 Arrival & Departure • Park in the designated spot near the gate along gravel driveway. • Please wait in your car if another guest is finishing their session — we’ll make sure the space is clear before you enter. • Text if you have any issues finding the spot or need help with the gate. ⸻ 💛 We reserve the right …to decline or end a session if a dog shows unsafe behavior or rules aren’t followed — but that’s rare! Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.

An outdoor water spout with well water is also available for use. Please note that the property backs up to neighboring farm animals - chickens and cows can regularly be seen nearby. If your dog is highly reactive to livestock or farm animals, please keep this in mind when booking. Access to the property is along the west side of our main property, with parking available on the street.

Welcome to my backyard pool located 2 blocks to a secluded public beach. The neighbors all walk/run their dogs there without hassle. Enjoy the beach before or after my pool- just make sure sandy dogs are hosed off first. My pool has a shallow platform for dogs just learning to swim or dogs that want to lie down in the water. There are plenty of chairs, chaise lounges and 2 umbrellas for shade (note: none of that is available during hurricane season (june to november). The yard is simple and gated. Please note: The pool vacuum hose MUST always stay in the pool and my dogs just swim over it. If this will be an issue for you or your dogs, this isn’t a good match for you. maximum of 2 dogs and 2 adult handlers ONLY. Sorry but no children are allowed at any time! Humans must pay an extra $5 per person to swim in the pool and NO DIVING is allowed. The fee is accessible under “EXTRAS”. There are external security cameras on the property. You are required to follow pre and post stay rules which are sent 2 hours prior. Please note: double/long/shedding breeds will need to be brushed/raked prior to arrival. This helps keep the pool clean and everything running. You will need to spend extra time skimming the pool for these types of coats. This is 100% non smoking property. Do not smoke/vape/puff anything while at my property. As I don’t meet my guests and for security reasons, please make sure your profile has a picture of you and your dog(s). There are some holes in the fences as they belong to my neighbors. They are not big enough for any dog to escape. The gate does not self close so make sure you manually do do after entering. The back neighbors dog may or may not be out and is a barker. Please consider this. Enjoy!
