Welcome to upDog Pet Services, LLC Tucked away in Cocoa, FL (Space Coast), our private, secure, and quiet 1 acre mostly natural yard is your dog’s personal playground—without the stress of a busy dog park. What we offer: •Fully fenced yard: 6' privacy/chain link mix, so your pup can roam off-leash and burn energy safely. Interior chain link yard off limits. •Mixed terrain: shady trees + sunny grass + natural smells = sniff heaven. •Water station & hose for post-play rinse (for pups who love to dig *please no digging in the grassy areas* or run in grass). •Free parking & easy access (no city-lot chaos). •Keeper-on-site (that’s me!) to oversee safety, clean up, and welcome you in if needed. •Bonus: if your dog is nervous or reactive, we offer a solo booking (just your dog) for a peaceful experience. Friendly owner note: As a certified dog trainer through the Karen Pryor Academy (also an IAABC member) I understand how important safe, calm play is. I monitor for your dog’s well-being and it is my priority. Camera surveillance on property, please take note upon entry. Whether your pup needs a zoom-around session or some quiet sniff time away from other dogs, this space is designed for fun, freedom, and comfort. Bring your treats, bring your toy, and let your dog do what dogs do best: sniff, explore, run, and reset. Spots are limited due to ongoing boarding and daycare offered throughout the week. Let your dog put their nose to work! We’ll set up a simple “find it” scavenger hunt using hidden treats around the yard to encourage natural sniffing, exploring, and mental enrichment. Great for dogs who love to really decompress, or need a calmer outlet than nonstop running. Please let us know of any food allergies ahead of time.

✅ General Etiquette • By appointment only — please arrive and leave within your booked time slot so the next guest can enjoy their visit. • One household at a time unless you’ve coordinated a group visit with permission. • Keep the gate closed and latched at all times — safety first! • Pick up after your dog. Waste bags, a scoop and a bin are provided. ⸻ 🐶 Dog Guidelines • Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and in good health. • Supervise your dog at all times. Even the best dogs can get curious! • No excessive digging or fence jumping, please. (We know dogs will be dogs — just redirect if they get overzealous.) No digging in grassy areas. Dogs may dig towards back of property amongst the mulch and trees. • No aggressive behavior toward people or other dogs. If your dog is reactive, no worries — just book a solo session so they can relax in peace. ⸻ ☀️ Comfort & Cleanliness • Water and rinse hose are available — please help keep things tidy for the next guest. • If it’s muddy or raining, feel free to bring a towel for post-play cleanup. • Human seating area is provided; please be respectful of the space and take all personal items with you. There is a small table but no canopy or umbrella shading. ⸻ 🚗 Arrival & Departure • Park in the designated spot near the gate along gravel driveway. • Please wait in your car if another guest is finishing their session — we’ll make sure the space is clear before you enter. • Text if you have any issues finding the spot or need help with the gate. ⸻ 💛 We reserve the right …to decline or end a session if a dog shows unsafe behavior or rules aren’t followed — but that’s rare! 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Cocoa Florida. There are 3 areas that are all individually fenced at the back of the property. Parking is available to the east of the house. Area #1 Dogos: adjacent to the pool area and includes patio deck and seating can access from Garden area #2. Area #2 Garden: Has plants and flowers, fire pit with swing chairs and hammock, swing from tree, dig zone/ neutral zone enclosure with shade, dogo stick collection, water hose. Area # 3 Goat Zone: This area is for our livestock of goats and pigs and the largest of the 3 spaces. It is where the barn is located. Livestock will be put away so that Dogos can zoom freely. This area can be accessed from the Garden area #2 or the main Gate. The front of the property is not fenced and dogs must be on leash to access that area.

The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.
